We abolutely loved this hotel! So much so that we extended our stay. The staff are exceptional and special mention must go to Marie Laure, Laure and Gregory who like all of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I had read another review on Booking.com claiming this was the best hotel in France. It just might be. This hotel felt special from the moment we arrived. We felt at home and we relaxed into the wonderful facilities and beauty of the property. Clearly, this is a well-managed hotel and the management should take great credit from how their young team take such great care of their guests. Everything felt like a "can do" attitude. We loved every second of our stay, so much so that we almost felt tearful to leave which we could not really understand apart from to say that this wonderful hotel made a great impression on us. We cannot wait to return.

Whilst the Almadin Michelin star restaurant is exceptional, we were not that impressed by the Italian restaurant and found its menu very limited. We were disappointed that a daytime bar snack-type menu was not offered.

The room we had overlooked the Lagune and was beautiful- bed was very comfortable and overall we liked it very much especially the Almandin restaurant. We didn’t have breakfast there and the outside pool wasn’t open at that point. Indoor pool area very nice.

The area is not really very nice. It’s like a gorgeous hotel in the middle of a soul less holiday flats housing estate. There is not much else around but if you go for the hotel and the fabulous restaurant you won’t be disappointed

Special place to stay! Little paradise! The way how we were welcomed was amazing by a very, very pleasant, friendly young talented man!! The whole staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere and furniture in a kind of chic Caribbean style fitting in the landscape! Dinner and supporting wines were very good. Breakfast again in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very good. Could sit outside and inside. Again the staff helpful, friendly. The staff found my phone. Everything was good!! we did not had time for the spa, that is for our next visit!

The staff was great, polite, informative and curteous. The room was good, very quiet, not very large but comfortable. The swimming pool at the 3rd floor was somehow narrow but I was the only one using it. I enjoyed the Spa, I had a very good facial. Breakfast was good. The two restaurants, one with one star Michelin were fully booked therefore I had room service. There is a private beach on the lagoon and a boat that takes you to the sea side. I enjoyed my staying and recommend the hotel.

We had nice dinner at the Michelin star restaurant on-side. The breakfast in buffet style was a nice spread that we enjoyed at our leisure. Staff were very friendly and attentive. With good weather dinner and breakfast can be had outside overlooking the marina.

We had some difficulty finding the reception and hotel parking. The direction signs on the premises were covered by plants. Once inside the building the check in process with a complimentary glass of bubbles was pleasant and efficient.

I loved the hotel, the facilities are great. Amazing location, I love the fact that the hotel takes one to the beach in a boat. Also the hotel has a little beach. The rooms are super gorgeous, very clean, everything is so pristine!!! The spa is great as well. We appreciated that the hotel has private parking and 2 electric chargers. The staff is super friendly. We also loved the restaurant Aquarama, very good.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and they make sure to look after you. The spa is exceptional. L’Armadin restaurant offers a proper gastronomic experience with local flavours and wines. We liked it so much that has lunch and dinner there during our 2 nights stay at the hotel. We loved the architecture of the hotel and the design. Rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need. The short boat ride to the beach was a pleasant surprise. The Spa is lovely and we enjoyed our couples massage. We are already looking at coming back next year.

Limited options to eat at the hotel. We stayed Wednesday to Friday and room service options were only 2 plates and if you wanted to eat at the hotel, only one restaurant is opened these days. We did have lunch and dinner at l’Armadin which was exceptional. However, it would had been nice for the Italian restaurant to be opened or for the room service menu which is advertised at 24/7 to be relevant.

A spacious room with a terrace, clean bathroom and toilet. Everybody was helping with a smiling face; 2 goosd restaurants with delicious food, sufficient outdoor parking. Breakfast is with enough variety and crispy fresh bread. Well we have enjoyed our stay a lot

Nothing at all

Attentive staff, fabulous breakfast buffet, excellent spa. A wonderful and much needed respite away from tourism while traveling through the south of France.

Italian restaurant was a bit of a disappointment.

2 superb pools Fabulous it wasn’t busy Restaurant staff were BRILLIANT - esp the sweet waitress in Italian restaurant, very chatty & kind L’Amardin restaurant- very tall waiter ⭐️ superb, as was the manager/sommelier Ludovic on reception, SO helpful & welcoming Jardiniere suite very lovely, calming - ooo but 2 jets not working in jacuzzi !
