First of all, this facility has better services and accommodation than many Greek hotels I have been to. I have been to a lot of hotels in Greece and this was by far better value for the price. Very comfortable bed, new and modern bathroom where everything is functioning well (accommodation in Greece is unfortunately "famous" for old and dysfunctional bathrooms and showers). Impeccable cleanliness and daily cleaning services. Very close to the beach and all restaurants and bars. The hosts were amazingly kind. George welcomed us with a great list of recommendations to places to visit. Internet connection was fast and allways running, despite bad weather. The kitchen had a coffee machine, hot water kettle, all new utensils, wine glasses and complimentary coffee, tea and dish washing soap. Hand soap, hair shampoo and body wash were nicely placed in the bathroom. Good quality hairdryer and magnifying make-up mirror. I wish more rental places in Greece have the same attitude towards their guests. It is obvious that the owners care about their place and provide due attention towards their guests. We visited many places nearby Ierissos, to include a boat tour to Mount Athos and beautiful Ammoulani Island. We asked for couple of hours late check-out (which we ended up not taking) and it was graciosly given by the lady at the reception desk. Way to go Mpikas! Many thanks!

the hotel is new, first season, very clean and comfortable, has an elevator... The hotel staff is very friendly. Mrs. Korina provides all the necessary information, you can ask her anything you are interested in at any time of the day... And the young owner Mpikas is a very modern man... The stay was perfect, near the beach and restaurants... A hotel for every recommendation , especially for people who need a quality summer vacation

No breakfast included, but there is a bakery nearby. Also many other restaurants and caffees are in close range. The staff was very friendly and helpful

There were few houses in not good condition just across and few still in construction - this is the only negative thing I can think of.

Hotel is brand new, everything is exceptional, great design of the room and bathroom. People are very kind and responsive. Location is great, all important things are very close (beach, restorants, coffeeshops).

The quality of the rooms was EXCELLENT, in particular the bathrooms.

We were told that we had booked "Basement Rooms", which we had NOT. The booking.com pages made NO reference to basement rooms. So we were very disappointed. Also, the booking.com said there was a "Garden View", but there wasn't, unless you climb the stairs from the basement.
