Great facilities. Our 4 bedroom apartment with ocean view was perfect, so was the restaurant and lounge area where I enjoyed staring at the ocean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider coming back soon.

Security was abit lax, we experienced a troubling moment (twice) where a young man tried opening our front door without knocking or ringing the bell. Luckily we had locked the doors and confronted him on his behavior (he claimed to be security). We spoke to the actual guards downstairs who have us their direct number to call, and after making that report the incident did not happen again. I also noticed when discussing with the guards that the floors do not have cctv installed, so if an incident happens how does one even follow up? Please look into this, it’s a serious matter.

Room E-4, really beach front, personnel super friendly, fantastic breakfast, when we call a taxi or we need something, they are supper helping us all the time. Room supper clean, Safety guard 24h in the entrance near the rooms, sleeping with the waves' sound! protected by A/C and mosquito's net, there were no mosquitos. wake in the morning and see the tourist Cammel arriving on the beach, impressive, like a dream 😀

Lovely swimming pool, with comfortable sofas around but they have a system of renting Sound columns to the sofas Tables around the pool, so, you can earl loudly Reggy music, and next table Loud African music, we love all this music but this is creating a head Eck, that you have to move away Hotel should have a sound music around

The rooms are super spacious, from the entry to dining to outdoor balconies with sea views, this is one of the biggest spaces for accommodation I have booked. It was absolute delight to see how big the place is 😀 The rooms are cleaned daily. The kitchen facilities are great and spacious. The beach near the apartments is clean, unlike its neighborhood.

The restaurant has no central entertainment, every table kind of plays their own music from rented players, there's is no harmony at all. Alcohol is not sold but rather guys bring their own or it's sent for from a nearby shop 😀 They don't confirm customers working telephone numbers, hence difficult for them to reach clients incase of changes/information. It's not a requirement, but I think it might be helpful

Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Very good choice of food and drink. Good location. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip to the marine park organised by the hotel on one of their boats. Our room was in a good location slightly away from the hubub of the pool.

Food was very good and freshly made, but on occasions it meant quite a long wait. We had breakfast included, but only one choice from the breakfast menu was allowed and if you had an additional item you ended paying for the most expensive item.

Breakfast is nice and filling. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The ocean view is breathtaking. Big TV screens, lovely decor.

The wait staff can be quite loud while talking to one another, which makes it hard to relax. Also, the flies in the room were a problem, I don't know if its seasonal, but perhaps sprays could be left in the room. The customer care could be a bit warmer, but overall okay. The place gets quite packed every evening so if you like your quiet, might not be as quiet in the sitting spaces.

The pool side beds are wonderful 😊.I want to go back.The pool is exceptional, the nyama choma and pizza is really nice.

The staff. Especially the servers, it is clear that they have no training in hospitality and guest relations.Not professional and some don't even use simple courtesy like , welcome, hi, hello, have a nice meal.I preferred just avoiding them . Also the entrance area, some men are always hanging around there, some chewing khat, others looking just off.

Beyond expectations, services offered were great, the guest relations manager was just amazing and so nice, we had a birthday and he managed to decorate the 4 bedroom Apt for an amazing surprise. The boating and jetskies rental offerings were also convenient and Capitan Amir Ali was so nice and took us next to sea-trees to swim. We will return soon for sure! Thank You Jumeirah team, you did everything just perfect for our stay!

Chef offered to hire was pricey and hard to reach.

The 4 bedroom apartments are awesome! So spacious and enjoyable, overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Really good for a large family or 2 families staying together. No noise as other reviews have said, as the sea view apartments are behind the main hotel. The pool area was lovely too, and their fresh juices are to die for! Beach is not too busy and not many hawkers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The breakfast was lacking, but very convenient having a 24/7 room service.

The service if you order a drink or even breakfast you will be waiting for very long time. If you also travel for a relaxing holiday you can forget it. The hotels becomes a outside nightclub for locals and other tourists staying at nearby hotels. You would be dining at a table with your partner or family and the hotel rents out Bluetooth mega speakers for £5 a day therefore someone will rent it and blast music next to you. Why rent out speakers? You will hear 15 different types of music at the same time. Why isn’t there loungers on the beach? Why rent out mega speakers? Why hire staff that are incompetent, pretend to be deaf and gossip with their fellow colleagues while they know you have ordered. It doesn’t take 25mins to get a bottle of coke from the fridge.
