Absolutely amazing hotel with friendly staff in a really good location. It's right in the middle of everything, 30min to central Mombasa, 30min to Shanzu, it's practically right next to Haller Park and has a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. The grounds are so beautifully kept and the food is really tasty.

Since my previous stay, the maintenance has gone down a bit. One of a few examples of this is rain dripping through the ceiling in the bathroom. We were staying on the top floor so I doubt this affects the lower floors like we stayed on before.

The Pool was clean and uncrowded. Close Proximity to the Nyali Beach. Room was as described with good views of the Sea and Pool. Room service did a good job with keeping the room clean during our stay. Very detailed with the cleaning of the space. The 2 masseuse during our session did a good job at the SPA.

On and Off Buffet arrangements for Lunch was such a bummer. The check-in wasn't very fast as expected. An improvement at the Rejuve Spa is needed - Ambient Lighting, Soothing Tunes, A Sauna , disposable wear. Customer service needs improvement - the staff didn't seem excited/they looked 'tired'.

The staff was very friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. The restaurants were also enjoyable and had plenty of variety for you to eat. I also enjoyed the hours of the restaurant that met your needs both morning and evening. The close access to the beach as also just steps away.

I had a slight leak in my room. I did speak to the front about the issue. They tried to fix it, but I don’t think they fixed it, because it still leaked. I was only there for a few days so I believe they would have moved me if I was staying longer. Some parts of the rooms/facilities needs refurbishment only from a maintenance perspective. Cracks in the walls and leaks can lead to other potential problems, so I would look into that.

Facility is kids friendly and near many recreation attractions. We arrived very early morning before check in time and we were very well received and given our rooms to rest at no extra change. I was moved to an alternative room when my air conditioner had issues. My family's comfort was maintained throughout our stay in the hotel and the kids sent the management a very positive review before we left.

Beautiful beachfront location, with stunning gardens, pools and bars overlooking the sea. The staff were relaxed and friendly. We opted for a full board stay and found the food delicious with a good variety on offer too. WiFi worked perfectly for us. The hotel may be a little jaded in places but it more than makes up for that with the stunning colonial architecture, character, location, beach and staff.

Great view, friendly staff, excellent room service and a nice variety of local cuisine at the buffet. It's in the perfect location being almost exactly in the middle of the Mombasa island and Haller Park. Highly recommended if you're wanting to visit places in Mombasa, but if you're looking for a resort hotel then Nyali Beach probably isn't the best choice. 10/10 and I will most certainly be staying here again!

A few more fish dishes as well as pork sausages and bacon at breakfast would've made this perfect.

Staff was amazing, Alex, Lorna, security at the door, restaurant staff and Lillian who was in charge and delivered. You need staff like Lillian who knows how to handle a difficult situation and calm down. Our room took awhile to clean but it was resolved and Lillian took charge and delivered. Food was good and plenty of vegetarian freshly cooked. Staff was super attentive and ready to resolve any issues or bring or fix what needed to be done.

Renovations should happen as its a great hotel and location. It would be nice to have upto date facilities.

The location was great.

1. The breakfast was fine but it was repetitive with limited variety. I hope the management pays attention. 2. I would recommend it would be better if there were activities within the resort like tennis…etc.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. I’m extremely satisfied by the way the staff handles the guests, very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is definitely a great value for money, the location is superb, lying directly on the Nyali beach, one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to. The food is nice, make sure to book a room with a coast view and breakfast included. Their breakfast is very nice. DON’T forget to try their massage, the best I’ve had.

The wifi is not that great especially in the room. The dining room for dinner has a wonderful view to the pool. However, that’s ruined by the annoying cats coming and asking for food
