It is a simple hotel that I have been to before. Nothing fancy but it does the job. I appreciate the pakring garage under the hotel. The breakfast is fully adequate. Pricing reasonable.

It is perhaps a little out of date and staff at front desk did not speak english. Person serving at the bar seemed lost and did not speak a work of english and was not especially concerned about being helpful. It is a good job one of the guests was on hand to help me out.

Staff were very helpful and quick with their service. The breakfast had a great selection. The hotel and rooms are very spacious Located right beside the tram line. Parking as was also very handy.

The prices of drinks were extremely high for the area. €8.50 for a glass of wine

This is probably the best Hotel in Gera. Rooms are numerous, very large and well equipped. Bathrooms have a bathtub. There are plenty of parking opportunities and shops for food around the Hotel. There is a very nice and rather new Sauna perfect to relax in.

The beds could have been a bit more comfy - minor critic.

Breakfast was very good. Room was a good size.

Quite a bit of street noise at night, needing the window open because of the high temperatures. Fitness room a bit depressing being in the cellar with no view.

Friendly and helpful reception, room fine, hotel convenient for station and city centre walking - but with tram outside if needed. Spacious breakfast room with good selection.

Very good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Hotel has underground parking. Nearby any good restaurants. Nice city architecture.

The hotel is a modern, well-kept facility. The room, hallways, entrance, stair well. elevator, etc. were in good order and clean. Breakfast was very good. It offered a variety of hot food, the typical German cold cults and cheese plus an espresso machine to make coffee the way my partner liked. The staff spoke English well enough to help us out. They did not have decaffeinated coffee; however, I can't complain. Parking was easily accessible and at no cost. The bed was alright for me; for my partner, it was so-so.

Far from a laundry. Bedding wasn’t too flash.

Secured underground parking, clean , good location, size of rooms.

All was as expected to nothing negative to report.

Big room, friendly staff, bathtub, fridge in room and free drink at arrival.

25€ for a dog is ridiculous.
