The rate is considered cheap for 3 adults. The tv channels are quite a lot compared to other hotels with the same category. The location was also convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights but there was no housekeeping to change my towels and make up my room. The pillows are so small and kind of flat if you lay your head. It's only for small kids not for adults.

I only stayed a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was 2 shops away from 99 Speedmart, which was very convenient. There were restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious enough. Clean. The water heater worked fine and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't have any issue staying there.

Mamak Restaurant is just across the main road, 99 Speedmart is just beside the property, Caltex Fuel Station is just 100 meter away from the property. The staff is so friendly and nice. They try to fulfill the request from the guests.

No elevator or escalator to the second floor. I stay on Tuesday at first, the staff is giving 1st floor with perfect condition room, the AC is cold, the Television is function well, during my second stay on Thursday on same week, I get a room with poor condition of AC and the television is not functions well. But, the staff really nice try to help, but nothing could be done during full house season.

Affordable price & quite big room number 102 for 3 person room. Clean toilet and room. Easy to parking even 17 feet lorry. Near to 99 Speedmart, Tomyam Seafood, Mamak and self service laundry.

Nothing but if got some free 3in1 sachet much better.
