Excellent location. Great ambiente. Great Irish pub connected to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with excellent choice of food. We had an excellent back massage.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. One small sauna. Showers could stay on longer- spa guests behave more responsibly than usual patrons at swimming pool. While the room was clean overall some surfaces had clearly not been cleaned in a while

Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had everything one could possibly want. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual German sausage slices, hams, salmon, herring, roll mops, and of course cheeses... Sometimes there was porridge, too. All in all, great quality and far too much to try everything.

The towels could have been a little fluffier, and I would have preferred a shower to a bath with a very dodgy shower hose. The duvets were a little on the thin side, too, but they were warmer than I thought.

No refridgerator. As a 4star one can expect a fridge. Also an Aircon can be expected. The swimming pool photo is a misleading wide angle. Size of pool ca. 10m Long. Parking charge not made clear before booking, 10 euro extra p day.

The location was perfect and I had a room with a sea view. It has quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Feather pillows get a big tick. Breakfast was also superb, faultless and bountiful.

I took two rooms, one of them was smelling very bad, and the receptionist wasn't that nice, I just liked the location.
