Went to the city on business, didnt like the City because you feel this wird natonslist proud on most of the City, but this hotel, and his owner (mr.ghuntee, who i thanks One more time for the welcoming) were complete fresh air. The house ir self, is really well organized and really good taste Im decor and everything. (More then os comum in Germany (if you know what mean) P.s- i travels a lot and normaly i dont take the time to comment, but this time, My time is being well spend.

The manager is super friendly and kind, and the room is clean and cozy. The location is not super close to the main tour course, but there is a station nearby, it's good. The petite kitchen is very useful.

There is a train station behind the apartment, and you can hear noisy sounds at night.

The location is top to go everywhere. They were really helpful and kind. The room is nice for a couple of nights. We enjoyed also watching some TV at the evening and made some basic meals. It was a really comfortable space and worth the price.

The S-Bahn Station is close by. It might be the sound of the trains passing every 15 min is not ideal for someone. For us was not a problem. We found some hair in the bed so I guess the could do better regarding the cleaneliness. Otherwise it was very organized and nice.

The owner met us when we arrived, verified the room was ready, and showed us around the area. She was exceedingly polite and cheerful.

It was just what we wanted. Nothing was lacking.

Perfect location: very quiet, between Warnemünde and Rostock. Rostock can be reached by foot as well. SBahn and Tram are a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The host was very nice. The apartment very clean and cosy. Highly recommended :-)

there was also a small private playground, which was nice for our small child. Peaceful area despite the s-bahn. Nice sitting outside.

The owner was very responsive. When we asked a question about a minor noise issue, he came right away and resolved it. Very comfortable bed.

Wonderful, quiet rooms with all the amenities. Ours even had a mini-kitchen. The hostess could not have been more helpful with every request we had. We would stay here again if back in Warnemunde/Rostock.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent over-night stop for drivers crossing over with the ferry. Good value for money, safe parking in front of the apartment (bungalow) door. The apartment had everything you might need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to an air-condition and a ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable.
