Central location right by the main train station, easy to get to the city by tram or on foot, easy to get to Warnemünde to board our cruise ship. Despite the location near the trains, noise was no issue. We also loved the free public transportation ticket that was included with our room! Staff was friendly and responded to all questions and requests immediately and to our satisfaction. The room was small but clean.

No air conditioning. We happened to be in Rostock on some of the hottest days, and it was quite challenging to keep the room at a comfortable temperature at night. Our room overlooked the courtyard, encircled by walls, so the air just really stagnated.

Ideal location, close to the main railway station and within walking distance of the centre. Excellent breakfast with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options.

A fairly basic room for the price, even after having upgraded the room in order to get the use of a kettle (why are these not standard in all rooms, it's a basic requirement!). Also, why only one chair when the room is for two occupants? We had to ask for an additional chair at reception. Also, no obvious sitting areas available downstairs unless ordering drinks or a meal.

The hotel is clean, modern and very closed to railway station Rostock Hbf and to City centre, we arrived by train. Good value form money is the free ticket for transport for all zone in Rostock- for all days of stay. The room was spacy and bathroom very equipped. Very closed to supermarket, to park and attractions in city.

The cleaning in our room. The hotel staff only cleaned up in our room after 3 days and put out the wastebaskets, even though we put a sign on the door. The cleaners were too noisy in the morning. The hotel advertised, that there are soundproof walls, but we did not notice anything like that.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was convenient to have a fridge in the room and plenty of plugs available for all our electronic devices. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary water provided in the room. It's always a small but thoughtful gesture that enhances the overall experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with its wide range of choices. There was something for everyone, from hot and cold options to various pastries, fruits, and beverages. The quality and variety of the breakfast items really made for a great start to the day.

Being close to the train station may also have its advantages, but the level of noise experienced by people gathering in front of it during the night was beyond what I anticipated.

Arriving later than normal in the early evening, we were able to go into out room straight away and return downstairs for a drink in the hotel bar

Everything was to our satisfaction apart from the minibar which comes in the price of a business double room. This only consisted of two very small bottles of water and was not worth the price difference from that of a standard double.

The location next to the railway station was perfect for our needs. The room was tidy and there was everything we needed (except for AC). The self check-in was easy enough.

There was no AC which was okay no as it was not so warm outside, but on a very hot day would have been difficult to sleep.

Excellent experience. The hotel is right next to the main train station, which provides connections to all parts of Germany and the region. The breakfast is excellent and suitable for all groups. The staff are very friendly and resolved all our issues with rebooking very quickly and efficiently.

Good business class hotel. Excellent location, 100 paces from the main station. Friendly and efficient staff. The check-in assistant was alone when three guests came at the same time, he also had a long telephone call to deal with and a snack to serve. He managed all of that very well. I had to check out very early and they offered me a coffee.

The lighting in the room (and in the lobby) was a bit gloomy. Saving energy is good - but today there are LED options.

Conveniently located right at the train station, making transport effortless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, with towels that were impressively clean—something not always guaranteed in other hotels I've stayed at.

Very easy access from ROSTOCK Hbf train station, the staff are amazingly polite, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is of a high quality, spotlessly clean with the best nights sleep ever in a city.
