We spent 2 nights at the hotel and were generally satisfied. the room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good enough. There were even pancakes. Which is very cool. Breakfast cost us 15 euros per adult and 7 euros per child 4 years old. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. At the reception there are children's toys and houses, which is very necessary for guests with children. In Rostock we visited the zoo. It is simply amazing!!! From the hotel you can get there by tram 6.

There was a smell in the room, either of paint or some kind of chemical.

A good breakfast for the price. Also, a vending machine for snacks. Location is the right walking distance from the station and from the center, safe neighborhood. Room was clean, large, quite. Bathroom well equipped for the price. Complimentary water. Late check-in using a key-box, all clearly explained in an email (in German, please add English). Overall, excellent for the price.

Very conveniently located, just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof or 1 stop on the tram. The tram stop is located just outside the hotel.

Being an older building there was no lift available for the upper floors, not a problem in my case but worth bearing in mind if you're less able bodied. WiFi was patchy in my room (top floor) but fine within the hotel generally.

A very good place to stay easily accessible by driving and very close to the bahnhof. Parking on the street for free. Very helpful staff we were able to check in early and received our city cards as part of the tourist tax so we could use the public transport. Our room 203 was very large with a balcony. Tea and coffee in the room. Very good breakfast.

We arrived in Rostock late at night by ferry from Trelleborg and decided to spend the night here. The hotel is very centrally located, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is very attentive, and the whole place is pet-friendly. Definitely spend some time in Rostock—it’s a beautiful city!

The receptionist was the most gracious and welcoming receptionist I’ve ever had in my 70 years. He enquired about how our trip was and made sure our request for a quiet room was met. He explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. Excellent receptionist! Many thanks!

Highly recommended! The bed was really comfortable. We loved it! Spacious bathroom with plenty of room for both of you. The hotel is located quite close to the main rail station. Pretty good connection with Warnemünde and the city center.

The hotel was being reformed and spiders where everywhere. If you do like these little cutties, it may be even a highlight of your stay in the Nordsee. Some of the spiders resembled those in the harry potter saga, not only in appearance, but in dimensions ;)

The hotel is lovely, the bed *very* comfortable, and the food and facilities first rate. The wifi was fast and reliable, and I had generally a very comfortable stay.

The roof was being replaced during my stay (Thursday-Saturday) and I had a room on the Dachgeschoss. I was warned about this work in advance, but it was still disruptive to be woken at 7 by workers clambering over the roof. There was also no curtain in the bathroom, so I had to drape a towel over the window for some privacy.

Got a free upgrade for my room which was very comfortable. An EV charger is available on the free parking area of the hotel.. You get a free public transport pass at the reception. Tram 5 in front of the apart hotel will bring you in a few minutes to the center.

No bar or restaurant. A small terras outside would have been a plus.

The size of the room was over what we expected. The beds are very comfy and very clean everywhere Loved the breakfast. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we found a very good place in the end.

Better blackout curtains should do the tricks for those who want to sleep early during summer.
