The reception staff were lovely. Superfriendly and efficient check in, I liked that it was not necessary to check out. The rooms are functional rather than cosy but they are new and clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are more than sufficient for a short stay and the hotel itself is clearly only designed for people who pass through the city in a day or two rather than holidaymakers.

A minor inconvenience is the poor soundproofing. Steps in the room above sound like a herd of elephants and the doors to the rooms like the slamming of prison cells (could be avoided if the guests just used the door handles instead of letting the door slam shut behind them). Earplugs for sleeping are definitely recommended.

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel, just a short walk from Rostock old town. Friendly, helpful staff. Underground car park available (for an additional daily charge). Buffet breakfast available (for an additional charge).

The breakfast buffet could be busy at times, with queues forming. All the breakfast items are along one wall, so it was sometimes a bit congested. This is a small point, however.

For this kind of hotel a very pleasant surprise when it comes to the room layout - it was really comfy. Very, very nice welcome at the reception desk. Parking just right next to the hotel as well as a bunch of shops (Rossmann, REWE). With paying the Kurtaxe you are eligible to use public transport without any additional fees, so the tram next to the hotel was also a bonus (you can get to Warnemünde in around 40 minutes tram+train).

Very nicely located, it only takes a few minutes to walk into town. The room was as expected, not very big but did not really matter too much for our stay. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Check-in was a bit tedious and took quite long. Unfortunately, they did not have any more space in their parking lot, so instead we could pay (the same amount, importantly) to park in the adjacent parking garage which was a nice solution all things considered.

Very clean. Good location, very close to the tram line with good connections. Good underground parking for a fee. Nice breakfast. Good shower.

We had a double room and it was pretty cramped with little room for our two suitcases and back packs.

We booked a 4 pers. room. It was equipped with a double bett and a stockbett. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Location very good as close to the center. Just a pity that we could not park underneath and had to go to an open Parkinglot... But afterall, no problems with parking in the lot in front of the hotel...

Very clean, extremely nice staff, space in the underground garage. Restaurant recommendation was spot on - an italian reatauramt nearby.

The fire alarm at 6 in the morning that got us all out and met the fire brigade in Rostock - but not the fault of the property.

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to the center, the stuff is kind and helpful, the room was OK, bed was comfy, access to internet very good.

Missing a parking place in front of the hotel while you have to check in.

It didn’t had enough parking space in the property. Had to pay 10€ to park near Parkhaus. Also had to pay regional travelling tax.

Rooms are modern and very comfortable. The hotel is easy reachable by car (which we parked in hotel's underground garage). Location is convenient, around 10 minutes walking distance to the old centre. Staff was kind and proffessional. We also liked the tasty breakfast.
