Very good location next to Rostock Hbf (main train station) where you can buy basic food and drinks until 10pm. Equipment and room is not new but everything, the bathroom, the toilet and the beds and towels were very clean and functional. Also there was a small kitchen in our room with basic equipment like cups, glasses, plates, water heater, electric stove, wash basin, detergant. This is a reception-free hotel but the hotel contact was very quick to answer my messages through the Booking app and support when needed. The directions for opening the room with QR-code were clear. We stayed one night in mid-September and it was a pleasant stay. Our room was sunny and warm.

Although the hotel contact person was very helpful for directing me about the city tax payment, I wish the city tax I paid to the hotel could also be collected at the time of the reservation by Booking, it would be more practical for me and not cause double work. There is a bit of train noise when you open your window, it did not disturb us, but just a note for those seeking absolute silence.

large room (#1), parking place, very good bed, nice bathroom, possibility of late arrival, fridge and kitchenette, near the train station (if you travel by train - was not my case, but I can imagine that its a plus)

the cleaning lady was early and you can heear it too well walking back & forth with her wagon, being close to the trains is also noisy and disturbing if you are not an early bird, an automatic led light near the entrance would be nice because you need to give in a code and at night I could not see the numbers well. My biggest problem was to find the hotel as it was the first time there... maybe more indication like Blue house (but at night all houses are grey !) or word "Hotel" enhanced by a LED at the entrance could be an idea

Private parking,in the room on the table you will find a card,you have to place it in your car.Overall very clean,towels,linen.Nice bathroom,hot water.No bad smells,No insects,quiet at night.Kitchenette to make a coffee.WiFi connection no problem.To find it,follow your GPS it will guide you to the parking,at the back of the property.Owner send me a text message,15 minutes after booking,with details for how to open the doors for the late check in,at 23.00.Do "exactly" as the message says and all will be fine.

Location: Right near the main station but still very quiet. Booking process went smoothly.

The main entrance was at the side of the building and it was very dark there. Hard to find and almost impossible to read the keys pad in order to open the door. The required door opening code worked only after a couple of tries - The msg. hadn't mentioned to hit the hash key after the four-digit-code. Once inside, in the stairwell it was also difficult to find the switch for the light; was quite hidden. Same for the floor lights.

close to the train station... I didnt care about the noise, (there wasnt much, we slept well) mini-kitchen was a big plus for me and my daughter. Can make check-in per SMS. Room, where we have breakfast was with big nice windows... very interesting, when u can eat under glass roof)

It’s good that there are kettles in the rooms, warm tea from long travel - perfect finish~ but it’s not so good that the kettles look very old(((

The location almost beside the station was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but value for money. The apartment hotel has no reception but the key box system worked well.

It is advertised as an apartment hotel but really the kitchen facilities were very basic and you couldn't have prepared a real meal there. We did not want to do this so it didn't matter .

Have seen no staff except the cleaner in the corridor as we arrived middle of the night thats why we haven given only a 9 for the staff friendliness It was great!So comfortable and clean. Great location next to central station and all transport and shops around. We habe enjoyed the stay. Did not have breakfast... The facility with thekey safe is brilliant and worked well for us. Size is great.Beds are comfy. Even the station is near and hotel on the road we did not feel disturbed by noise. Price was brilliant too!

There was a small kitchenette in the room (little stove, cattle, sink, little fridge) which is a nice bonus. The room is spacious. Windows are well isolating from the city noise.

Bed mattress could be a bit less worn. But overally not too bad.

The kitchen space could use some extra cleaning, in particular inside the fridge. Other than that, the rest of the space was very clean!
