Beautiful apartments with spacious rooms, set in a stunning and impeccably maintained location. The pools are in excellent condition, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

The basic breakfast selection was a bit limited — in the first few days the baguettes were slightly dry, and the same two types of ham were served each morning. That said, the staff were wonderfully kind and went out of their way to prepare fresh omelettes and bacon for us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very exclusive and modern complex of villas with pool. From our appartment we have very good and beatuifull view from attrium. Nice pool where you can swim, and make cool off a little bit in warm days. Pool was clean, and one covered part was wery stylish in design. Everyday cleaning and changing towels. Very kind, helpfull stuff - also speaking in eanglish. Posibility to buy food and drinks from local bar even if in nearby town was "siesta" time. Very good value for money for such stay. Very big rooms. Air condition was working great even with 36C outside. Very big bathroom. A lot of parking spots, even covered and in shadow. Its situated on hill so you ride a little bit up with beautifull views around. Small issue with Wi-fi, as it was not working fully in whole apartment - but who gona watchinternet, when you can watch so beatifull landscape from your apartment. Full recomendation for visiting with childs(3 and 9 years). You need so see that views fir sure! Cheers and Gracie!

Awesome place, needed a break from Rome, it really is beautiful place! Easy access to Pisa and Florence with car.

Lots of young children. It’s seems to cater to families with younger children! Mine are all grownup 😀

- a perfect place for a holiday with children - a very quiet place, surrounded by beautiful nature - very friendly staff mainly nice and pleasant lady who served breakfast - two swimming pools . good breakfasts

- the breakfasts are very tasty, but unfortunately the same every day - it might bother someone that it is a little further from the sea (approx. 20 km)

Wonderful place for a family holiday located in a true Tuscany countryland. We had a nice large appartment with a seaview. The place offers two swimming pools and several playgrounds (for kids, for fitness etc.).

Though everywhere is a space for improvement: 1/ due to covid-19 restrictions there was a served breakfast but very same every day. Two ladies who served it obviously did not like their job and usually you were lucky if you got what you ordered... 2/ again, due to covid-19 restrictions we were asked to wear bathing caps in the swimming pool but for instance in the nearby Aqua Village Cecina no such rule was applied... 3/ personnel - generally: in a resort of such level like Borgo Felciaione, we would expect personnel reflecting that level, e.g. some T-shirt/dress code, some level of customer service and so on...

1. there were too many children & the property didn’t mention it was so child friendly … so if you have kids deffinetely you should stay here 2. the breakfast was a bit poor …

We had an amazing time in this fantastic location with an exceptional view. The rooms are big and clean, very comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing which needs improvement is a food selection at the breakfast

We stayed here a couple of nights as we traveled through the area. The staff was friendly and warm, and the room was nice. The pool area had different levels so the kids could play safely. Great place for a couple of days!

The food was okay.

The view was amazing from the apartman. The staff was very kind, helpless and friendly. The breakfast was enough and delicious. The degree of the pool water was a bit cold for us,but we were there in June.
