The resort is nicely located in the Alpensia village and only 10 min taxi from Jinbu station. Staff is super kind and very good English speaker, something not common in Korea even in big hotels. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast satisfies each taste. Fitness center is well equipped

Considering the level of the hotel and the cost per night, the spa should be included. However, it costs 15000 CHF for guests, although it doesn’t offer anything special. Actually, it is quite basic and similar to many in apartment complexes.

The room was really big. It is within walking distant to the ski resort. The free shuttle bus is prompt. Staff can speak good English which is helpful. Good spread of breakfast

1. Sent queries to hotel before stay but there was no response. Not responsive 2. There was no hot water during shower at night. Apparently, we checked with the hotel and was told that there was more people using the hot water. Hence, there was a downtime for hotel water. This was not communicated.

The location was great! Breakfast was amazing, they had every type of cuisine available, even drinking options were good (smoothies). Beds were so comfortable and linen was clean.

Bedrooms need to be updated - furniture a bit dated and chipped, just expect more for a 5 star. I was under the impression I had booked a room with a view of the slopes, however when I got there I was told that I had to choose between a lake view / road view with balcony.

Great place. Slowly becoming outdated and needs a refresh but all round good. The buffet breakfast was great, staff did what they could to help and room was comfortable

Not on the hotel but I’d next choose to go to Yeong Pong for a ski resort. Alpensi is just to small and gets boring quickly. You can get there from the hotel for less than 20k won but the lift passes with no discount as staying at different resort can hurt

We loved the spaciousness of the rooms as well as the closeness to the ski fields. There were many eateries within walking distance. The resort bus also picks you up from Jinbu KTX Station to the resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The outside may need refurbishment soon as it is getting weathered.

Our entire visit was brilliant and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to take their family skiing, especially if this will be their first time. The skiing is perfect for those that have not skied before or who are still learning.

The hotel is getting a little tied, but, the value for money is brilliant and you will still enjoy the hotel as the staff were amazing.

Comfy beds, breakfast spread plenty for vegetarian diet. Excellent view of the ski slope. Rooms are spacious Within 5 minutes walking to the ski house

No toothbrush and toothpaste. Would expect these for an Intercontinental standard.

알펜시아 (Alpensia) will literally become one of my best favorite spots in Korea. The resort itself has nicely portrayed how to stay warm in the cold. Almost 4 hours from Seoul is definitely worth choosing and I would surely go back if there would be some chance coming around! Also, for all staff, thank you for the smiles u have given us almost all the time throughout the stay. This is truly the ICON of Alpensia, and we’re deeply impressed.

The starting price of the room doesn’t include breakfast

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful. Bathroom was great, with ample space between the shower and bathtub. Location was also rather near the Ski House and was a 3-4 minutes walk.

Extra bed was requested but not given- had to sleep on the sofa. Pillow quite soft.
