For us the Inn and Suites, with the living room and small kitchen, was much more comfortable than the Hotel. The decor is dated and parts of it should be fixed, but the unit was clean and quiet (no noise from above, below, or next door). The floor heat kept the room toasty and the extra bathroom was a bonus. The main draw of course is being able to ski in/out. Also enjoyed the variety of dining options.

No one can sleep on the floor (ondol)-- it's not comfortable. Recommend putting a bed in the second bedroom as well and charging more. Took a while to find the Welcome Center for Inn and Suites check-in. Addition of kitchen/paper towel would be nice.

So convenient for easy walking access to many different eating options (we tried everything!), a large convenient store (nice to CU) was perfect to top-up my family of 6’s needs all hours of the day (breakfast/snack/lunch/dinner). My family stayed in a family suite with 3 bedrooms and we loved the spacious rooms be able to stay in one apartment. Ondol floor room was a bit too hard and too hot to sleep (as we were used to sleeping on a bed) but we ended up using the floor-heating to efficiently drying all our wet gears from the skiing and wet laundry each day😅oh the skiing was perfect for my family’s needs. We had lessons and skied/snow boarding for 3 days including night skiing.

Location is perfect.,just at the ski mountain base.many restaurants and grocery shop at the amenities.

We have to carry our luggage to the building, there is no bell service,and it was troublesome for us to carry out luggage at winter time.they don't clean the room on Daily basis and only clean the room 2 days once ,that means u have to stay minimum 3 nights to get your room cleaned..

I had originally booked a 5-night, 6-day stay due to work commitments, but an unexpected change in my schedule forced me to reduce it to a 2-night stay. Thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped me with a refund for the remaining 3 nights, and I was truly touched by their generosity. The accommodation was incredibly warm and tidy. I had a delightful time with my family. I want to express my gratitude once again to the helpful staff. I look forward to visiting again next time.

The hotel is within the Alpensia ski resort. Just a short walk to the Ski area. Many restaurants and convenient stores in the resort. rooms are very clean and well maintained. The 2 bedrooms unit is huge and the space is very comfortable. Staff speak very good English.

Hotel is old and the rooms’ decor is outdated

The room that we stayed, it is nice and very comfortable. I'm going for skiing and the ski place is just there at the resort.

Lacking of muslim friendly restaurant. Lacking of bus stop sign and no idea where does the bus heading to. The resort did not reply to my enquiry sent via booking.com.

The space is big and there's plenty space to put our lugguages. House keeping provides fresh towels daily. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms 👍

Tv doesn't work. Towels provided were too small, comparable to face towels' size.

Location is good. It is located next to Alpensia ski. There are lots of restaurants. Luxury queen suites are comfortable for those with family or a groups of friends.

There was no mention to check in at Holiday Inn Welcome centre during check in for its suites. And after check in, there were no instructions or staffs to show the way to the suites.

The rooms were very cosy. Even though it is outdated, our stay was very comfortable. A number of CU available. We enjoyed the sledding too. Not so busy which is great.

I like that the rooms are spacious, complete with kitchen. Our room had a nice view facing the snow slope.

A bit inconvenient as there is no porter to help bring our luggage up to our room.
