breakfast was asian western.very good.time at 7am was what i like.husband & wife where cool.all the stafff was good.i think it was the son that came to train station to escort me to hotel. 3 minutes. going places was ok once i found the eateries it was good.the good resturants are a little distance from hotel. maybe 1 2 3 kilometers. .,but once you look and find it is ok as you can get the bus.it is maybe 500 meters to shopping then there is the street.at night is place to see..there are many hotels near beauty hotel. but for me it was the beauty hotel that i gave a 10 for.

what i did not like was the pillows and the mattress top too sleep on .but it was warm so on top of bed was ok. also the yankee americans are playing war games flying jet planes around from 8 am till 10 pm not good. the city is on the east coast .if you support this country .?????bad

The Beauty Hotel was a great spot for exploring Gangneung – it is within walking distance of the market and other sites, and there is also decent parking if you have a car for going to the beach or elsewhere outside the city. The staff were incredibly nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

This is a comfortable place to stay and very close to the station. The breakfast made it completely worth the stay. Freshly made food with eggs, meat, and fruit were the perfect start to our day. The owners are very friendly and welcoming too. I would definitely stay here again!

The room had an old, musty smell and the bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff, breakfast, room, amenities, comfort, ease, everything, too good. The owner even went out of his way to give me a ride to some places my wife and I needed to go. The staff is highly responsible for their guest's comfort. Please stay here. You get so much in your room, you'll be suprised.

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was really nice and cooperative. Easy checkin and checkout procedures. Breakfast was very good. Parking had enough spaces available. Room had almost all basic facilities.

Although our room had 2 extra matrices and blankets along with a king size bed, however It would have been better if our room had 2 beds for a family with two kids of 6 and 3 years.

The owners were very kind and check-in was easy and efficient. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. The location was also convenient as it was right next to the train station. We enjoyed our time there.

The main complaint is just that the water pressure was very weak. It made showering a bit difficult. Besides that, we had no major complaints.

Everything was excellent: the kindness of the hosts, the very, very clean and comfortable rooms, all you need in them, and an excellent breakfast. We cannot wait to go back.

The breakfast was great quality and well organized! Furthermore, the hotel owner was exceptionally kind and cared about the comfort of his guests, and went above and beyond to make our stay better. The value of the room as well was amazing especially considering the price.

The rooms are nice and spacious, with all the amenities you need, and are very clean. The staff is friendly and respectful, and even try their best to communicate with foreigners. The location is also very good since it's a short walk from the train station.

Breakfast could've been a bit better, but that's it.
