Excellent value for well maintained older property, and scrupulously clean. Host provided packet of personal care items including shampoos, shower towel, toothpaste and toothbrushes, body wash etc. Large window with screen opens to outside for nice view and light. Room is spacious with small table & chairs and very large Samsung TV wall mounted. A/C works well and quietly. Area is quiet and peaceful.

Slight musty smell in room that dispels after using air conditioning. Only light is bright overhead fixtures, no table lamps for more soft, discreet lighting.

The parking space was spacious, the room and the bathroom were very clean

I had already paid through the app, but due to a mistake by the host, there was a discrepancy in the amount, and I had to make an additional payment on-site, which was quite disappointing

The hotel is well equipped and the owner even gave me an amenities kit, which was really helpful. On top of that, the location of the hotel is really convenient: near the sea, bus stops, convenience store restaurants,,...

The pictures show a space with air conditionor but when we got there, we didn’t have one in the room. The sea view isn’t the typical sea view. You see more of the forest rather than the sea. The bathroom water pressure was poor and showers were not the best. The cleaning service was very basic and they didn’t thoroughly clean the bathroom. They didn’t replace towels. And there is a no smoking sign however guests would smoke and you could smell it in the mornings, mostly in the corridors and the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after my experience there. They couldn’t even offer us an iron. I don’t think it was value for money!
