We liked the staff and exceptional service they provided.I would like to mention names of Prathmesh of Blue tokas,and Santosh and Shradha at reception who provide excellent service with nice behaviour. Only thing which we bothered us : 1)Darban at the gate missing who gives good vibes while entering and exit both 2)Security in the hotel 3)AC in the reception area as they always kee gate open.Lobby gate is always open -No ac there.But at least you can provide AC in the reception area by keeping the reception gate closed. When you enter 4 or 5 star hotel,it should good vibes by Darban at the the gate ,comforts of AC. IF you improve hotel can be upgraded. Regards

This was my first time at this hotel and I was absolutely blown away with the exceptional service me and my Mum received at this hotel. We were welcomed with a Kokum drink followed by a warm welcome by the reception desk. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Room service and the restaurant staff were quite pleasant to deal with. Huge thanks and shout out to the hotel staff Abhijeet, Suraj & Sakharam who looked into every detailed necessity of ours making sure there was no room for complaints. Except for 1 very minor suggestion of not having a hand held shower facility (as not always you want your hair wet) in the washroom, I honestly don't have a single bad thing to talk about this place and no wonder it stands as a top notch hotel in Kolhapur. I shall definitely make this as my only go to stop whenever Im in town.

Check in and staff- The staff was awesome. Full 10 on 10. superbly humble staff and they served us really well. Utmost cleanliness. Check in process was superb and fast. We were provided an awesome ride to the airport. overall a pleasing stay Breakfast - The breakfast spread was good. I liked the idea that missal was served which is a local favourite. Some suggestions, as the check out is at 10 , there is quite a bit of a rush at the restaurant for breakfast. Hence the refills could be a bit faster and someone should monitor the space for quick refills. Puri and paratha refills took a bit of a time which was noticeable. Some additional suggestion: If every room could have a small digital clock (it is psychological, some folks do not prefer checking the cell phones for time) Facial tissue boxes could be provided in each room. The staff did provide when requested but could be ideally part of basic amenity. Thumbs up for location, staff and food , so enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The staff is really courteous and helpful. All the services we asked for - extra towels/water, extra bed, etc. were promptly provided. But the most important that I would rate is - my daughter lost her gold earring in the corridor and we searched almost for an hour just before checking out. And when I went to billing counter for check out I had almost lost hope but just causually mentioned that if they find it just return and I was in for a huge surprise...they said that they have found it. They just asked me my room number and based on that they confirmed that it was genuine and soon they gave it back. Very loyal staff indeed !! Would always recommend to stay in Sayaji across their chains

I have been staying here since last few years. Exceptional location, closer to the Mahalaxmi temple and good joints outside for meals and shopping. Ample parking. Good view. Easy to get in and out of kolhapur if u r staying here. Room sizes are good.

The focus of hotel has shifted from maintenance and is evident in wash rooms etc. Basin in room no 426 was not functional, AC was not very effective since the grills are not placed towards the bed. They do not follow the instructions left while booking on extra bed for child and 3rd cup/ towels etc. If you have made a note of it, they should be in the room while entering and not sought by the guests, that is hospitality.

Ambience ,aesthetics of general areas are Lovely. Guest rooms fairly nice . Hospitality of Reception staff excellent and Extremely cordial pleasant behaviour. Check-in and check-out fast. Allowed us extra hours too. Blue Lotus restaurant had a lavish and tasty breakfast buffet spread.and attentive staff. Housekeeping staff prompt . Toiletries adequate.

Water in bathroom and shower was lukewarm,,but not hot. Shower was not a satisfactory experience at all. Moontree Cafe needs to improvise on the milk shakes,fruit shakes and though they don't have dryftuit shake,tried to serve,so brownie points for that . Twin bed -each bed is just adequate and not the best.

Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the attentiveness and dedication of your staff members. Whether it was the housekeeping team or the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued guest. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every member of your team specially Ms. Kalyani, Mr. Sachin., Ms. Neha . Ms. Diye. Untrained staff at entrance wouldn’t let me park in the reserved handicapped parking slots near the entrance, so despite being handicapped I had to walk up the slope after parking on the ramp. The hotel’s own cars were then parked in the handicapped slot which was empty when I arrived.

The location was good and check in and check out was smooth without any hassles. The room was decent and breakfast was also good. The location and facilities were good

The a la carte dinner was not great. Dessert was good but the main course was not the best i have tried. There was some function on the day and parking was an issue for most guests but I did not find any issues with it

I am a regular visitor with Sayaji, and everytime i enjoy my stay. However my last two stay's were a bit disappointing as i thought the breakfast and the rooms were not upto the mark. But, definitely, they are back, which i can feel in my recent stay. I enjoyed everything about my stay and felt relaxed with my family. I am just mentioning two people from the House Keeping department who were excellent with the service - Prashant and Tejas..Thank you, you both. Thank you.

Nothing to mention as such. I just would like to give a suggesstion as in if you can add in SPA in the hotel, it would be great. But, otherwise everything is perfect.
