The staff were amazingly supportive and kind. I had accidentally left my jewellery in my room on departure and was walking out to the shuttle that takes you to the airport when a chambermaid came running up to me with my gold & silver bangles & necklace! She quickly darted back . Such honesty is to be applauded. I made sure on my return to tip not only her, but all the staff. The entire hotel is run on this principle & frankly it is worth noting that honesty is extremely prevalent among the Malagasy population that I encountered . I stayed for one month overall on two small islands off the east coast. The selection of food in this hotel for breakfast is incredibly diverse, catering for the different cultures and tastes. The chef has a great team, so there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Set lunch at €8 with main course & dessert or another set menu with three courses was also possible (€12) . I recommend going via booking.com since the price is divided by two.

A heated pool would have been better since it was quite cool mid March . A window in the bedroom would have been nice to have fresh air as well . I really liked the double doors made of mirrored glass. No-one can see in, but you can see out. Fabulous.

Nice, comfortable spacious rooms, hot water, reception and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful well maintained gardens and pool area which were a welcome break from the hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast was good with lots of variety including local and western options. A souvenir shop for last minute gifts. Airport transfers were very handy and appreciated.

The spa is a great way to spend time before your flight but it’s a bit of a money trap e.g. the ‘complete’ manicure and pedicure did not include colour, you have to pay extra for that and it was not exactly cheap. The staff there are mostly ambivalent.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean with a suprisingly comfortable bed (although at first it doesn't seem like it). The spa was amazing as well as the outdoor pool. Good options and tasty food at the restaurant for dinner with reasonable prices. The location is extremely convenient for reaching the airport (only a 10 min drive) and the fact that transportation is free to and from the airport is a major plus.

The breakfast is somewhat limited for a 4-star hotel.

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location near the airport and the free shuttle service to and from it. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. What really made our stay special was the friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. On top of that, the tasty food at very reasonable prices was a wonderful bonus.

Great hotel near the airport with a spa (jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room) and a beautiful pool. It's very affordable by American standards (loved the $5 cocktails!) and feels luxurious. My husband and I got a fabulous couples massage for a very reasonable price. It was the perfect way to end our trip. The staff knew when our flight was and made sure we got there with plenty of time.

It would be nice if the spa stayed open past 8:30, but reasonable that the employees need to head home.

I liked my room. The bathroom is above the expectation. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the time in spa! Perfect massage. Very close to the airport. The hotel bus is perfectly clean.

The location is a kind of far from the city center though it's very close to the airport. :) Just make your choice! The TV is in French only. :( The waiters/waitresses have difficulty with understanding English. :( But you definitely will be served! :)

Nice hotel close to the airport, they offer free pick-up and drop-off to the airport which is such a great bonus. Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner is amazing (standard tourist prices in Madagscar). Spa facilities were also great!

Rooms and bathrooms feel a little bit outdated, could use some renovation and upgrade.

I loved the ambience and the friendliness of the staff. The pool was beautiful and was central to hotel dining areas. Much al fresco seating was delightful. The breakfast offered a huge choice od hot and cold choices. Also, eggs were made to order.

Dinner mene wasn't varied enough and was a let down compared to breakfast.

It was a stopover before my next flight. So the hotel being some 15 mins from the airport was very good. I had early flight, but buffet breakfast was available as from 6.00 am which was convenient. It was great to have the free shuttle service to the airport and also the spa facilities included was great for relaxing. Dinner at the hotel was nice too.

Very good location for those coming or leavig Madagascar. You are close the airport but you don't need to experience Tana's horrible traffic jams. Good premises, well kept by a friendly staff. Prices a notch above the competion but worth them. Exceptional Spa.

The food is not at level with the place, recipes well prepared but cooked "sans amour".
