I had a pleasant stay here, I actually extended because I liked the hotel, the location and facilities. The reception is very helpful and friendly, also if you want to do tours they can also arrange something. Security guards were great! Everything was good also the food upstairs at the restaurant, more than what I expected.

Very convenient central location at a good price.

Not big issues, but the toilet wouldn't flush properly and had to remove top to flush manually and get it to then refill. Also towel holder behind bathroom door was broken by previous clients and propped back in place to make it look like it was fine. Little things for sure and the staff said they would get someone to address the problems. Also because our room was at the end of the hallway we had to wait 5 mins for hot water to arrive for showers and handbasin.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly, from the guard at the door, receptionists, waitresses, cleaners and the guys that were helping us with our luggage. Super

They can improve on the breakfast and provide a variety of brrads, cheese, cold meats, juice and water from what they provided. The hotel is situated in a very busy area at the centre of town and that they can't do anything about it.

Sole hotel is perfectly located in the city, full of life during the day, quiet at night. The hotel has such friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The room was perfect with wardrobe, desk and fridge. The hotel has a restaurant and a nice terrace at the top. English is also spoken at the hotel. I would highly recommend Sole Hotel for your stay in Antananarivo.

Very accommodating staff. Close to the centre of town, with many restaurants.

The "buffet style" breakfast is a bit of a disappointment. They should move back to the continental breakfast (more hygienic).

The breakfast was basic, but good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop terace is very nice.

The wi-fi didn't work. Every floor has different wi-fi and neither worked.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace/restaurant was a great place to relax or take a good meal. The central location was perfect for my needs.

I had difficulty with the shower. Nice, hot, good pressure delivery, but there was no mechanism to stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor. Hence, after a staff member kindly cleaned up for me the first time, I needed to wipe up the flood after every shower. Thank goodness for those extra towels! (But I think a better solution can be found.)

My Stay.... 2 nights... Hotel approved by Madagascan Government They provide Paperwork needed for immigration ( ie. letter of confirmation of your stay ) After arriving into Antananarivo Airport late at night.... The pick up was easy and safe after immigration and covid test at airport.... Hotel gives excellent service....Breakfast lunch Dinner served to your room in isolation Good quality food....City centre position....Open air terrace and restaurant on site...Reception staff friendly and helpful..... This is not a 5 star hotel....But it is what it is.. Friendly... Clean...Good Value...Good Food...Good Position...excellent service A Good Starting point for my Madagascar Adventure.....Enjoy
