I loved the quiet and being away from the hustle of the city. I particularly liked having a balcony and being able to look out over the lake and fields. There was supermarket and cashpoint (ATM) across the road which was really handy. There was a fridge and kettle in the room which I used a lot. The food was good.

The hot water was a bit sporadic - one minute boiling then tepid. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and nice ! The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure and temperature perfect! The breakfast was also very nice! Very clean , very good location , good value for money, comfortable room. No noise from other tenants or the room above. The room was huge with a comfy bed and pillows, and a good-sized ensuite. Loved it! Will definitely come back!

I loved staying at Radisson Tamboho: it was very comfortable and cosy, felt like at home, the staff was absolutely helpful, the food was top, and the location is great. I really appreciated the support of the transfert driver to and from the airport and wanted to thank him specifically for being so kind and helpful.

Super nice and cozy hotel in a very good location in Tana. The coffee in the rooms is excellent (better than the one they serve at breakfast!), and there is a good selection of breakfast options. Go for la carte at breakfast, it's truly delicious!

Not the fastest check-in / check-out I had in my life, and water pressure might be improved (I was staying in a room at the 2nd floor).

The location is perfect, the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The massage we had was excellent

The only inconvenience we had was outside guest directly infront of the ground floor rooms which doesn't give much or privacy.

Clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, but I especially loved the pillows! There was airport pick up and drop off with the hotel's shared shuttle (though I was the only passenger both ways). The staff were friendly. Even though the Radisson Hotel has no gym, one gets access to the gym (and infinity pool) on the 8th floor of the Radisson Blu next door (3 or so minutes' walk away). Radisson's pool was also great to use. They had a jazz night at the main Tamboho restaurant, and the zebu steak was also nice. The waterfront where the Radisson and Radisson Blu hotels are, is a complex with residential houses and has a mall and food court, so you can get your shopping done, go to the cinema or try out the restaurants. The waterfront is also green and beautiful.

There are no towel racks, so the many folded towels (and blow dryer) make the sink area look crowded and leave very little room for personal toiletries. Management should consider installing overhead towel racks for the fresh towels and another for drying the used bath towel (They had 3 hooks, but those were already taken up by my shower cap, toiletry bag and bathrobe). It would be great to have a small table on the balcony.

The hotel is nice and clean. There was a mistake but the hotel manager fixed the mistake and she was very kind and I thank her for that

The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was open and the birds were coming in and eating the food. I advise for the sake of cleanliness and health that it be closed.

I loved the architecture, the garden, and the boutique-like service. The staff was super friendly. We also appreciated the open access to the installations of the Radisson Blu, a few meters away only.

The sliding door of the bathroom is beautiful, but when closed, it doesn’t give enough privacy (there’s always a little space between the wall and the door…at least in our room).

Beautiful boutique hotel, with a very nice garden and terrace overlooking a little lake. Breakfast is served while the sun rises and shines into the restaurant, coffee is very good and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variation. The restaurant serves good food too and the room was spotless, with a very good mattress. I will be back!

Location was good. Staff where friendly and the Hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was nice with a good view. Location was also very good.

Service for drinks, food and towels was lacking and slow around the pool area.
