The staff at the hotel were amazing, and we couldn't speak much Spanish, but they went out of their way to ensure that we had all that we needed. The hotel room and lounge were fantastic and spacious with views of the sea from several of the windows. Everywhere was really clean, the bathroom was luxurious, and the air conditioning was very welcome, which was relaxing after touring northern Spain and Portugal for a couple of weeks on our motorbike in August. The place felt like a real home from home!

There was nothing not to like.

Exceptionally clean and rooms tidied daily. Modern & suitable for families of all ages. Ideal location to the beach, shops and amenities. Spacious bedrooms. Would highly recommend xx food excellent with plenty of choice and accommodated child who’s vegan. Staff friendly and understanding of our needs. Thank you to Martha who ensured our nephew had plenty to eat during evening meals.

I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like however as a suggestion would have been useful to have a games room for the children & teenagers. Pool table.. handy when weather poor.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable as were the main spaces in the hotel.The staff were friendly and the reception staff very helpful. The swimming pool is large and well kept and there are usually parking spaces although the car park is always pretty full.

The restaurant area has no natural light and dinner starting at 8.30 pm is much too late for us. So we decided to change to room only.We are very grateful to the receptionist who made this change so easily for us.

Room wasn’t super clean - gritty floor and missed corners under the sink. Car parking was limited. Hotel a little tired but still lovely

The location, the grandness and the view from our room which was a corner room towards the main beach.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise all good. To increase star rating please provide a jug and tea / coffee.

rooms were large, clean and spacious

i didn’t like that they didn’t have towels for the pool , would have happily paid to hire one, not great if your travelling light. I would have also liked to have had option of boiled eggs at breakfast and not just scrambled.

Food excellent. Staff professional and friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable but nowhere to put anything apart from the wardrobe shelves. Hangers in the wardrobe were too big and it was very difficult to move the sliding doors. Absolutely nowhere in the bathroom for toiletries apart from around the basin. No shelf in the shower.

Clean, large, comfortable beds (I don’t like soft beds), clean towels every day, nice view, very friendly staff!

The doors inside the room do not soundproof so you can hear the other guests on the hallway. But I use earplugs and for my husband and son it was not a problem.

everything was marvellous, bright , clean rooms, and public areas . Attentive friendly staff are you did everything to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. A particular thanks to the receptionist on duty on the evening of arrival he could not of done more to make us feel comfortable. Thank you.

Absolutely no reason for complaint everything was great

The room was lovely, unfortunately there was no balcony or terrace to sit out.

The bar , there was no outside space to have our G n T.
