I loved the way the staff at the counters really helped with whatever they could assist with. I believe the staff did very well. I appreciated their friendliness as well.

I would have liked a slightly more diverse breakfast option. Perhaps change the buffet options a little bit. For the Fair you stay a while and then the options start to feel limited.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. One of the better business hotels I have stayed in. The room service was good and quick.

I was shocked that the concierge and counter staff were not aware of the free shuttle bus. I asked and I was told that they did not know. I found out on the second day that there was a bus. This was unacceptable, especially from a supposedly 5-star hotel. The management of the hotel should find out what went wrong. Not only should they have told me there was a free shuttle bus service they should have given me the times. Very poor effort.

The breakfast was magnificent, we could stay there all day if it wasn't for the Canton Fair ) Since we stayed during Canton Fair, it was very nice to be able to print out a pass, that my boss has forgot to bring from home. Every day going out to the Fair and coming back was like a small holiday – management went out of their ways, to make us happy and comfy. The bus stop is just across the 9.1 entrance, and to help us save some time, morning buses were stopping just across the street, so we won't loose time, for entering that busy parking.

Maybe a little bit more shuttle busses? It would help, if the passage on the terrace were open for an evening walk. Everything were just fine, nothing to add. Maybe if the price were a bit cheaper, I guess ))

The hotel location, food and amenities in the hotel and the surroundings were on point and thus i would definitely consider booking the hotel again or recommend it to others

Internet connectivity and the lack of diversity in terms of charging points to cater for other types of sockets was a drawback. Additionally the plumbing of the toilet seat needs to be reviewed

A smart and pleasant hotel, 25 minutes walk from Canton Fair Area A. The rooms were clean, quiet and tranquil, the WiFi was excellent, the staff polite and helpful and the breakfast offered a great choice catering for all tastes.

I enjoyed everything. We got a free upgrade to the nicest suite I have ever stayed in. The staff and service were nice and professionel. We had everything we could ask for. The view was nice as well. We will for sure book this hotel again when we visit Guangzhou. Thank you for a nice stay

Staff needs to be more fluent in English, especially those who are not at reception. But even at reception it could be improved. Also, there is next to no communication between shifts at reception. I asked for 4 days to help me get the package that was for some reason delivered not directly to the hotel but needed to be picked up somewhere next door. all my tracking information was in Chinese so I could not Organise it myself. Every time I was promised something would be done, but at the end after 4 days of asking I left the country without getting my delivery. Very upsetting.

4 NIGHT BUSINESS TRIP, EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WAS EXCELLENT. ALL THE STAFF THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT, ONE OR TWO NEEDED TO IMPROVE THEIR ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS BUT THIS DIDNT DETRACT FROM THE EXPERIENCE. THE ROOM WAS GREAT, ONE MINOR ISSUE THE BLINDS IN THE BATHROOM AND TOILET DIDNT COVER THE WIDTH OF THE WINDOWS. WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, ONE OF THE BEST EXECUTIVE LOUNGES FOR FOOD AND COCKTAILS

JUST IMPROVE THE SIZE OF THE BLINDS AS ABOVE IN ROOM 3815.

Perfect Spot to reach the Convention Center... Only one metro station from the hotel. Very convenient
