From the moment we drove to the gated parking lot, we were taken exceptional care of by the hotel staff. The room (and its bathroom) was great. And the restaurant, where we ate dinner, offered us an excellent culinary experience! The hotel is a calm place to stay in a picturesque town full of history on the river Rhône. I just wished we planned to stay for more than just one night!

So attentive from the moment we arrived. Parking on site, The room was great, ground floor and garden access for our dog, he had a water and food bowl provided, plus a bed and dog treats. Not what you expect of such a establishment with all its history. Simply fantastic all round

But, we went to the cocktail lounge for pre dinner drinks, no wine list, and the bar guy was on his own so he never came back with either the wine list or the champagne we ordered. We left after 15 minutes with no drink

although the pavement and street the hotel is located on has been upgraded, the pavements and roads in Vienne itself showed a lack of maintenance and care. this is obviously not a ctiticism of the hotel, but rather the local government.

Great breakfast (but had to pay extra for it), super friendly staff. Definitely worth booking a meal in the gourmet restaurant. Very comfortable rooms, which had both a shower and a bath.

Chairs in the gourmet restaurant were quite uncomfortable. There were people talking noisily in the car park outside our window late at night. Little bit of mould underneath the sealant in the shower.

Our stay was totally satisfactiry- in addition we had good food and wine with excellent friendly service.

I would have welcomed a slightly wider choice of food in the Bistro at dinner time

When we booked the hotel, we did not know that a 2 star Michelin restaurant was in the hotel, and available for booking for the very Saturday night we were there. So with a last minute booking from the restaurant, lovely room, elegant atmosphere and a Michelin-like-breakfast, it was a 24 hour experience.. Also, very convenient parking, Confortable room with the view of the Pyramid. Helpful and welcoming staff Very clean. Very silent room with a perfectly working air condition.

The hotel is situated a bit further to the main center. So needs a 15 minute walking. Other than that everything was really good.

The location was 15 mins walk from the center of the town. Set in its own garden grounds, breakfast was served in the Bistro 'conservatoire'. The cooked elements were prepared by Chef Patrick Hanriroux himself during our stay! Formidable! The gastronomic restaurant was elegant and spacious. We were well attended to during our meal.

It would have been nice to be offered cereal instead of the fresh fruit (pineapple with strawberry), and had we asked I am sure it would have been provided. There seemed to be a lot of staff in the gastronomic restaurant, which was busy on the night we attended.

Amazing, stunning room, wonderful staff, beautiful gardens, lovely bar, and amazing food. We ate in the bistro, which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We will come again to dine in the gastro restaurant. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

A nicely decorated and perfectly clean flat/room with all the amenities you can think of. The location is absolutely perfect.

Unsuitable for cars, but the host sorts that out for you (and anything else you might need).

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, the restaurant was exceptional, the beds were simply clouds and the cherry on top was the breakfast. They attended every detail we asked for us and our baby and our dog.
