Close to airport.

Front desk staff need more improvement to facilitate customers. We were staying more than 2 weeks but every day our room door key to charge. It was kicking out every day. Once talk with manager this issue he resolved this issue after one week. It was very frustrating.

It's fine but not everything

I didn't like room service and reception response, I booked a smoking room and there was no ashtray in the room, I called reception 4 times first their intercom was very disturbing and noisy 2nd they cut the call every time, Once I informed them they took 40 minutes to provide an ashtray, another issue was minibar fridge was not working so there is no cold water or drinks, maintenance team came and checked but failed to fix or replace, even they told me they will come back and replace minibar. Another issue there is no shower gel available I informed them to provide it. Ramada is a big name they have to take care of those pitty things while you charge a handsome amount for one night.

The staff were accommodating and quite friendly. The Pakistan dishes were wonderfully prepared especially their biryani and parathas. Food was great. Special mention to Samir, Julian and the rest of the house keeping team. Christina’s team in room service, thank you for the lovely meals. Eesha Kamran, Aishi, Aziaz and Khattak - thank you for arranging a great birthday dinner for our family. I don’t remember everyone’s names, however, we appreciated everything during our stay.

Maybe an alternate sitting arrangement closer to the rooms.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Zareen, Shahahrez, and Hamza. Their dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect made my visit truly exceptional. Zareen’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and well cared for, while Shahahrez went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were promptly met. Hamza was also incredibly attentive, always ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. Together, their teamwork and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. The location. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Pakistan. Service is great. Good selection on food dishes. The staff is very courteous. John at La terrace restaurant made sure our dietary needs are met. Haadi and Aisha were very helpful, smooth check in and late check out. Thank you Aisha and Hadi for great hospitality.

Staff was excellent, very caring, polite, and friendly. The hotel location was excellent . The room service was excellent. The food was brilliant, and the staff was very cooperative , Shauket, Bader very caring.

Very good environment, family friendly.

Staff is very courteous and always available at service. Clean rooms with almost everything you need in a hotel room. Special kudos for the guest relationship officer Eesha Kamran. She’s such a sweetheart and knows her job very well… was great support at the time of checkout.

Apparently there were bees in the room but that was maybe due to the weather…
