The Hamsun is located at a superb location on Shahrah e Faisal, between Karachi Foods and Hotel Faran. The service exceeded far beyond expectations and the hotel is absolutely safe for families and has good quality wi fi and room amenities.

The breakfast though was very good and had a good variety, however a bit more can be expected in terms of taste and presentation. With such a good experience throughout the stay, the breakfast is expected to meet the standardards of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good but there is room to label it as excellent.

I had a great experience at Hamsun Suites! Everything was well-managed, and the overall ambiance was comfortable and welcoming. The addition of Corti Cafe is a fantastic touch. It has one of the best coffees I’ve had in the city. I’m really excited about their upcoming Neapolitan pizza, which I’m sure will be a great addition to this place.

The only downside is that the street outside gets quite busy during office hours, which can be a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

I spent 6 nights at Hamsun Shahral-e-Faisal and totally enjoyed my stay.The hotel is situated at a very good location. There are alot of restaurants, banks and businesses around. It is placed off Shahral Faisal road hence you are relieved from the noise of heavy traffic from the main road. You can always listen to birds chirping around the premises and the beautiful call of azan during prayer times. The hotel has lots of potted plants around, which is very calming. At checked in, I was served by 2 ladies who spoke very good English. Both are very kind and efficient. Their cleaners and servers are all very humble and obliging. The room is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Nothing actually. Hamsun's hospitality can rival that of any 5 Stars hotels in Karachi. To top this up, they are also reasonably priced. I am greatly impressed with Hamsun. A hidden gem in Karachi and an epitome of Pakistani hospitality. 

I used to get whattsapp msg for breakfast menu to choose from and place order with times to suit me and would b delivered to my room 😇Staff at cafe were brilliant staff at reception were ace and the young workers hats off to them for such hard work and even went pharmacy to purchase medical items I required the service was exceptional so very thankful felt like I was among a family .

There was nothing I did not like . Everything was amazing that I have decided to return again 🙂☺️

The location is fantastic, right off Shahrah-e-Faisal. Overall, the property is good value for money. For this class of hotels, they are probably the best option in the area. It is a hotel - not an Airbnb or sharing a room within a house. There was expansion/construction going on during the day (starting around 11ish) so the noise wakes you up. Also, the noise intensity varies depending on where your room is located. Air conditioning and internet access were great. The room comes with a safe and the room has key-card entry. 24 hours security at the front is also present.

Tea is available 24/7, though it is not that great. Laundry services are present. They promised the laundry to be done within a day, but I got mine after 2-3 days. The clothes were washed well and ironed. If you are on the 2nd floor, the walk will be a bit tiring if you are not used to climbing stairs. They were out of water a couple of times, but not for long. They deal with customer complaints promptly. The place has great potential. With a little more attention to detail this hotel can turn from V. Good to Exceptional. I hope the management keeps up the standard with time. I would stay there again, yes.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The ambiance, location, cleanliness, and overall staff behavior were exceptional. While no on-site meals are available, you can get food from third-party sources through the hotel. The rooms were amazing, and our two days went extremely well.

There was nothing much I could complain about except that the room service wasn't responding promptly at times. There were times I had to remind them to send tea ingredients 2-3 times for it to arrive. Other than this, everything was good.

The service was excellent, and the airport pickup was a great convenience. The hotel staff is courteous and highly responsive. The room's interior is well-designed, and cleanliness is consistently maintained.

My room was on the first floor, and there were no elevators, making it inconvenient to carry heavy bags up the stairs.

Property was in a great area. Very clean and comfortable. They added me to a whatsapp group where i could reach for anything. Cleaning service came every day. They offered free breakfast and you could order up to 10 things for free. Great breakfast for European people. After we did the checkout theu kept the bags all day for us. When we came back they even offered a complementary drink for us. Great stuff, Highly recommend

I had an amazing stay! The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and they even accommodated my early check-in request, which I truly appreciated. I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Karachi, Pakistan, and for good reason. The staff is exceptionally helpful and available around the clock, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
