Room view excellent of st pats cathedral , never get tired of waking up to that. Entrance to grounds after Parking is lovely. Executive lounge could do with modernizing but food and snacks are always plentiful and staff are very good. Good to see new swimming pool and excellent brand new gym equipment since my last trip In Feb 2024.

The gym shower and massage rooms could do with a compete make over very dull . Entire gym swimming pool needs replacement towels they are so worn out. Likewise rooms dressing gowns could do with replacing. Reception staff , needa bit of training in welcoming guest even at 3am. I had to ask myself about WiFi, executive lounge, breakfast timings, he didn’t volunteer a thing. Piano player needs to lighten the mood with his tune selections. Executive lounge I love frank sinatra but it’s on loop since 2018.

My stay at the Karachi Marriott Hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. What made my experience even more memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Wazeer, Bilal, Rustam, and Noor for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, the Karachi Marriott Hotel offers excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

Room: Had exceptional views of Fere Hall, which was one of our destinations to visit once the conference was over. However we were tipped by our driver to ask for the view (which was given to us with a smile) Lounge: had lounge access with our room, and it was a good option. A place to lounge, and also 7am-11pm coffee, food, tidbits, and service. Exceptional Breakfast: was good and vast. Location: Was perfect, far from the madding crowd, but still main enough to be able to reach any part of Karachi within 30 minutes Staff: was exceptional, very friendly, and professional. We got our shuttles in time, request for rooms with a view, and

Lounge: not the fault of the staff, but there was a rowdy entitled family from the US that took the lounge as their own personal space for one evening and ruined the experience for that evening. Children are not allowed under 15 but they brought in all children. The only complaint is that the lounge staff wasn't given enough power to be strict with them (this is a problem in Pakistan with some entitled families in Pakistan go on to threaten staff etc.) We did not complain to the staff about them, so perhaps that is why they didn't act, They however were very apologetic to us and all other guests and tried their best to keep everyone comfortable.

The hotel was in a central location to the shopping malls. The staff were very helpful, especially a young man by the name Mr.Daim of Customer Service, who was always more than willing to advise on the mode of transport and malls to visit. All the staff were quite pleasant. The decor of the hotel was great with the classic car in the reception an outstanding feature with the many huge crystal chandeliers creating a sense of majesty. The hotel was just great. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Dinner was buffet with various dishes and desert was just great, sweet stuff to give someone predisposed to diabetes a very difficult time to refuse the delicacies. Overall a great hotel.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the Marriott Karachi Hotel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Karachi, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. On top of that, the staff's friendliness and professionalism are what truly set this hotel apart. Special recognition goes to Mr. Wazeer, Mr. Bilal, and the exceptional housekeeping staff like Mahmood and Sageeta, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate every request made me feel truly welcomed.

It’s awesome, the facilities from dining to comfort in the room, it offers everything a traveller expects for a comfortable stay. The executive suites are exceptionally comfortable, breathtaking views of the city and superior services by the staff. The swimming pool was accessible even though there was construction going on.

Our booking didn’t go through booking.com despite a confirmed booking on my booking.com profile. But they were able to book manually very quickly at the reception and upgraded to the executive suite. So nothing to not like at the property but booking.com can do better to make sure bookings go through before showing confirmed. Other than that the pools can do better especially for kids, the indoor pool should be more shallow than it is now. A 4 year old couldn’t go in on his own. There should be swimming toys etc. as well.

The Bedroom, Bathroom were comfortable ,very clean with all the facilities required. The Breakfasts were very good with lot of food items. Each & Every Staff of the Hotel were very friendly and cooperative.

Although at the time of booking the Hotel Website showed no Prepayment required but on the day before Checking-in my Credit Card A/C was debited with first night charge,the staff at the Reception told me that my A/C was debited by Booking.com,, I am rather confused.
