The stay at Marriott Hotel Karachi was a great blend of comfort, service, and convenience. The staff was consistently courteous and professional — from the front desk to room service, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Marriott. I especially appreciated the prompt housekeeping and the quiet, restful environment. The hotel’s location is also a plus: central and secure, with quick access to key areas of the city. The gym and pool were well-kept, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely very manageable.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited, and it became somewhat of a chore having the same items every day. A bit more variety—especially local and seasonal options—would’ve made mornings more enjoyable. At times, the check-in and check-out process felt slower than expected, especially during peak hours.

Housekeeping often works behind the scenes, but their work has a direct impact on guest comfort, and Mr. Faizan’s efforts stood out in the best way possible. The only thing I found a little limiting was that the sauna bath facility was available only for ladies. It would be wonderful if this service could also be extended for gentlemen, so all guests can enjoy the full wellness experience.

Dear Marriott Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback. While I appreciate the services provided, I found the constant expectation of tipping by nearly every staff member—housekeepers, porters, and others—quite uncomfortable. One staff member even asked specifically for a tip in foreign currency after I had already given one. This made it difficult for me to ask for any assistance, knowing it would be followed by pressure to give more money. As an Icelandic citizen, we are not accustomed to tipping, especially after having already paid a premium for the stay. I believe Marriott should review its policies or better manage staff expectations to ensure that guests feel comfortable and not pressured during their visit. Kind regards,

Room view excellent of st pats cathedral , never get tired of waking up to that. Entrance to grounds after Parking is lovely. Executive lounge could do with modernizing but food and snacks are always plentiful and staff are very good. Good to see new swimming pool and excellent brand new gym equipment since my last trip In Feb 2024.

The gym shower and massage rooms could do with a compete make over very dull . Entire gym swimming pool needs replacement towels they are so worn out. Likewise rooms dressing gowns could do with replacing. Reception staff , needa bit of training in welcoming guest even at 3am. I had to ask myself about WiFi, executive lounge, breakfast timings, he didn’t volunteer a thing. Piano player needs to lighten the mood with his tune selections. Executive lounge I love frank sinatra but it’s on loop since 2018.

Room: Had exceptional views of Fere Hall, which was one of our destinations to visit once the conference was over. However we were tipped by our driver to ask for the view (which was given to us with a smile) Lounge: had lounge access with our room, and it was a good option. A place to lounge, and also 7am-11pm coffee, food, tidbits, and service. Exceptional Breakfast: was good and vast. Location: Was perfect, far from the madding crowd, but still main enough to be able to reach any part of Karachi within 30 minutes Staff: was exceptional, very friendly, and professional. We got our shuttles in time, request for rooms with a view, and

Lounge: not the fault of the staff, but there was a rowdy entitled family from the US that took the lounge as their own personal space for one evening and ruined the experience for that evening. Children are not allowed under 15 but they brought in all children. The only complaint is that the lounge staff wasn't given enough power to be strict with them (this is a problem in Pakistan with some entitled families in Pakistan go on to threaten staff etc.) We did not complain to the staff about them, so perhaps that is why they didn't act, They however were very apologetic to us and all other guests and tried their best to keep everyone comfortable.

They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.They also gave me a lovely surprise gift which made our day. Also, unlike other hotels like PC and Avari that charge a lot for the minibar, Marriott’s minibar was complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying again and highly recommend Marriott to everyone!

The hotel was in a central location to the shopping malls. The staff were very helpful, especially a young man by the name Mr.Daim of Customer Service, who was always more than willing to advise on the mode of transport and malls to visit. All the staff were quite pleasant. The decor of the hotel was great with the classic car in the reception an outstanding feature with the many huge crystal chandeliers creating a sense of majesty. The hotel was just great. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Dinner was buffet with various dishes and desert was just great, sweet stuff to give someone predisposed to diabetes a very difficult time to refuse the delicacies. Overall a great hotel.

To start of I want to appreciate the hospitality. For example the housekeeper . Eric who brought honey for my soar throat upon one phone call. Further the services such as complementary airport pick and drop off, late checkout, room upgrade, executive lounge and security really show the good value for money! Also want to compliment Saddrudin and Akram from the exec lounge and reception for their hospitality and service Arif ,siddique .
