I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Crown Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the courteous staff. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a long day of travel. The bed was luxurious and ensured a restful night's sleep, while the amenities provided added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. Despite being in a bustling city center, the Crown Inn felt like a tranquil oasis thanks to the immaculate surroundings. The staff and service was absolutely amazing. 24 hour room service was convenient. Specially in a city like karachi where it's always busy and there's soo much todo.

The 1st room offered to me was not up to the standards which I expect. However the staff were very accommodating and moved me to a much better room.

The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed in Suite, and i find it value for money. The food was very good. Staff did everything i asked them for, and it's very safe and comfortable in the suite. The manager of this hotel was asking me every day about anything he could do to make my stay, and i really like this gesture.

Just giving lower grade because of an old bathroom (this just need to be improved), but this can be easily solved. And I think during my stay they were renovating some rooms. Otherwise hotel is clean, staff is friendly. It really deserves good rating and 3*. For Pakistani standards this is really a pleasant stay for a good price. Unfortunately I didn't try the complimentary breakfast, because I never like to eat in the hotel, so I can't tell anything about the food. It would be nice if the room service menu would be active. But the staff can arrange almost anything you want to eat. And surely can't beat the location. It's next to small shops, restaurants and fruit stalls. Cheap to get anywhere by rickshaw.

Amazing Stay ... Breakfast Buffet was great ... Great Service by Mr Hasnain (Room Service) Room was Comfortable and the place is close the Atrium Mall and in downtown (shopping, food and other stuff) which makes it very convenient. Mr Shah Noor from Front Desk welcomed us and made sure our stay was amazing Highly recommended place for family

TV had only news channels ... Engineering Team tried to assist but were not of much help

Breakfast was good, location nice as all very near. Thanks for all the staff working there. Saad Wasti bring my breakfast in room when am not well. Anil also very good boy...i feel comfortable with them, as I consider them as my brothers......

The staff was super cooperative and very understanding. Place was neat and clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was included in the booking and it was really delicious. Breakfast was slightly different daily and everything was perfect. Room service is professional, reception, laundary is professional. They do even have dine-in and food delivery services directly to room.

The initial booking I made was for another room but it wasn't satisfactory and well maintained so I did change the room with another one. I guess they should maintain all rooms just like same.

The room elightned was shutable but still the light of sun was under toom sometimes peoples want some peace with no Light in room

Staff was polite and friendly I checked in on the day of power breakdown in the whole country 23rd January and they kept on the generator and everything was running on generator even ac. They only turned it off for 30 mins for safety measure check of generator but they informed 30 mins prior of this activity. Lifts are clean and even working on generator. Washroom amenities are good. Beds are clean and room is well furnished

Nothing much just need to update crockery.
