I liked that the room was huge and the location is near the main part of Karachi. There is hot water in the mornings for a few minutes but after that it's regular temps. This is probably okay when it's hot but not acceptable when it's the colder months.

My room had some garbage in it when I checked in (McDonald's bag) and a dead roach on the floor. They have clothing cleaning for cheap and that was a plus.

Our family stay, with two little kids, was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service by promptly responding to any requests with just a single call. Their exceptional accommodation and attention ensured that every need was met, creating a homely atmosphere throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to consider returning here if the situation calls for it.

Guests have access to underground parking, but unfortunately, the lack of functioning lights necessitated the use of a mobile torch during nighttime.

The front desk staff assisted me in resolving a variety of issues, such as not carrying enough cash, not having a local contact in Pakistan, and not knowing where to find quality bookstores, among others. I traveled twice to Karachi, once in August 2022 and second time in late July 2023. Last year, ar first I stayed in a famous old hotel , although the price was cheap but it was not clean so that I left it and went to a luxury one . This one was very good but not affordable for me. This year, since I wanted to be close to Emerald tower for picking up my visa, I chose Hotel Seven. For me it had the following good points: No credit card needed for reservation ( it is a big issue for some people like me). My room was clean, bright and spacious , even the bath was big. The rent was affordable. For a person like me who comes from a foreign country , the speed and quality of internet is very important, fortunately at Hotel Seven internet was great. Unfortunately, when I took shower I noticed there is no hot water, although in summer it was not that much annoying, but if you travel with little kids, it is an issue.

The room is clean, has everything you need. Very fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Excellent home cooking! There was hot water in the shower not around the clock. Only in the morning and evening. The rest of the time there was warm water. But it's so hot there that it wasn't a big problem.

The staff was very polite and cooperative. Anything you need is arranged within minutes. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. The cleaning staff was good, we left valuables in the room regularly but nothing was ever found misplaced. Overall, it was great.

Honestly there was nothing much that we didn’t like. Maybe an elevator would be nice but it’s a bonus.

We so appreciate all the great staff who were so kind and helped us so much! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a small refrigerator in our room and access to cook our meals in their kitchen. Note that hot water is available only from morning until about 2:00 pm each day.

First of all, I should say my thanks to personal of hotel 7. They were so hospitable, friendly and help us so much. Our room was comfortable, big and really clean. I liked the breakfast and for first time I taste the milk-tea there. Every time in the morning they prepare breakfast for us. The place of this hotel was safe, beautiful and have a great access to different places. So, it was a pleasure experience for us.

Just they didn’t have restaurant in the hotel, Although they covered all our orders with open warms and do it for us with smile.

Customer service was phenomenal, valued for money, they provided peace of mind. It's safe and sound, their breakfast is way good and addictive. Their rent of car was awesome. The driver provided was experienced and professional. The customer service was such as if I am overseas 24/7.

Nothing, except if they can provide mini fridge in the room.
