Clean property with decent amenities. Very comfortable stay. To top it off , staff exceptional. From room cleaning team to the team of highly efficient yet immensely respectful waiting service. Be it in any restaurant on site or for the room service at any hour.

Limited food , drink menu after certain hours. It shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to fix this I think. Please get the AC in room 930 fixed as , quite noisy.

The staff was amazing and probably the most courteous i have come across in Pakistan. I would like to thank the two gentlemen from house keeping on the first floor along with Mr. Aftab and Mr. Hassan at reception. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially the security staff.

The two lifts were very busy. The breakfast timing was not very appropriate as most people in Pakistan start their day much later then normal, it used to get very crowded leading to spillover to the adjacent restaurant, which didn't have the same level of choices and/or service. The egg station was a bit slow leading to a very quick buildup of people in the queue. The room facilities felt very outdated and old. The room had two single beds which they didn't agree to join.

despite calling from lahore twice they made an error and sent us the wrong car for pick up at airport. in the time to get the appropriate car (van), it poured down heavily and resulted us in getting stuck at the airport for 9 hours. we then had to pay a small fortune to get a room in the nearby hotel (which was luck as someone cancelled as we walked in)

The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and I truly felt at home. A huge part of this excellent experience is thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Muhammad Wazeer, who serves as the Evening Shift Incharge – Housekeeping. His work ethic, professionalism, and sincere approach to guest comfort are truly remarkable. During my stay, he consistently ensured that the room was cleaned to the highest standard, evening turndown service was done smoothly, and all requests were met promptly with a positive attitude. Even at later hours, his commitment never wavered. His presence brought a sense of reassurance that everything would be taken care of with precision and care. A sincere thanks to my room cleaner Mr Irfan who ensures our room is kept clean and neat for our 10days stay there. Lastly to Miss Nazia who always takes my room order with a smile. When she knew that I was not well for the whole week, she quickly arranged for the kitchen staff to prepare special rice for me to ease my stomach issue. I am grateful for her care and concern for me and grateful to all those who have delivered my orders to my room (Kashif and many others).

The noise from the traffic around the hotel gets to me although I am on the 8th floor (RM 818). I would very much be in a quieter environment. The hotel needs a revamp esp the carpets in the room.

During my stay at PC Hotel Karachi in Room No. 222, I was highly impressed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The dining area was also spotless and neatly arranged, offering a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. The furniture in the room was in excellent condition—neat, clean, and well cared for. Every detail reflected a commitment to high standards of hospitality. Excellent location and comfy rooms. We regularly stay at this hotel but its service stays the same and doesn’t seem to improve. Hopefully GM and the owners would pay attention to it. Thanks.

Staff need proper and professional retraining because they provide bad service which undermines the overall quality and integrity of the hotel. We were constantly disturbed despite displaying sign on the door — DO NOT DISTURB!
