Overall ambiance of the hotel was great, people were very polite and helpful.

The hotel require renovation and upgrade. No sockets near the bed on both sides. We live in a digital era and getting up from the bed just to set an alarm or to set it off or to check the notifications while charging because all the sockets are on the other side of the room. Lights of the room are very dim and few, i expected mood lighting in the ceiling and bright lights all around the room. Reading lights are fixed in place above the bed, if turned on, it hits your eyes directly. A lock and curtain on the washroom door is very much preferred specially while using the toilet when people are in the room.

My overall stay was very comfortable we stayed there for 16 days me and my family enjoyed alot staying there. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous specifically the housekeeping staff Munawar and Ravi and the servers were very good specifically Rahim and the lady servers also very good the managers too are very helpful we felt we were at home.

My airport pick up they send a car and we were 4 people had 11 suitcases. The key cards almost every couple of days we go the room and it doesn't work then we have to go down to the front desk get it fixed and the come back to your room that makes you mad.

we booked resident room it was big and comfy, room was designed to accommodate more people easily, beds are large and cozy, breakfast is fresh with lots of verity , backing items are super , ambiance are fine , furniture in the room of good quality and highly maintained, staff are always there to help, 😊

bathroom privacy is really bad, the door is made of glass and the gap in the glass is obvious, we have to leave the room every time any member or guest would like to use the bathroom daisi food has too much spice and only beef based meat dishes , VIP lounge has limited food options and the food availability is not all the time the credit payment system is always unfriendly , the message on your mobile will show that the hotel has taken the charges, but the hotel will insist that they only reserved with extra amount to cover the damage , so you must keep charging your credit to cover all this amount and we ran out of limit of the day😒

i fell sick on the last day , the day i had to take a flight back to dubai. i called the doctor, who was very prompt and he said to me that he will organise breakfast to be sent to my room (meal prescribed and advised by him). i waited for an hour and when the breakfast still didnt come, i rang the room service myself. I asked him about the breakfast mentioned by the Doctor, and he said it will be charged. I said to him that i am sick, i paid for bed and breakfast , and i cannot go to your breakfast room. nevertheless, he said it will be charged. by the way, it was just one banana and a bowl of yogurt. i didnt expect this attitude. finally, they didnt charge me, saying its fine for "this time". that was the only hassle i encountered.

This was my 4th stay at Avari Towers, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The hotel consistently maintains a high standard of service, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. The staff was very cooperative and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their courteous behavior made the stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The ambience is peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet – it had a good variety of items and the quality of food was quite good. A few more options would make it even better, but overall, it was satisfying.

Avari Towers is almost always my first preference when I visit Karachi (I only book at other hotels when there is no availability at Avari Towers!). This time was no exception. The staff are always excellent and special mention must be given to Ms Rushna who expedited our stay. The only, very slight, complaint is that my mother was unable to be booked into a room on the same floor as myself but this can be put down to the fact that the hotel was VEY busy (it being the height of the wedding and Christmas season). Nevertheless I would still highly recommend this property. And the buffet breakfast was also brilliant with a huge choice of continental and local favorites to suit every taste.

As stated above the hotel was unable to book my pensioner mother on the same floor as myself. But this can be explained by the huge number of guests because of the height of the holiday and wedding season. However, the hotel managed to move my mother to a room nearer, as soon as it became available. As a bonus, it was a suite and a FREE upgrade. Thank you Avari Towers

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the entire property. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was always fresh. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay special. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

They ungraded us and gave us the extra mattress (after a bit of a discussion). They also gave a nice transfer service despite our larger than usual luggage requirements. Overall the senior staff is very accommodating. The decor is much better than the rest of the hotels in karachi (wooden floor in rooms). Plus there is less rush in the hotel compared to PC or Marriott. So my preferred place to stay in Karachi.

Only two towels in the room, the room phone didn’t work.

When we arrived at the hotel, as we were returning guests, the hotel very kindly upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost without any demand for the same on our part. The staff is overly polite and gracious in every department.

The bathroom did not have hot water. Apparently, this is a problem on the 6th floor. During our last stay 2 weeks ago on the 6th floor also had no hot water. But during our last stay we complained, and the problem was corrected. However, as this time our stay was just for one day, we did not report the problem, so it was not addressed.

Service and staff is amazing location is great. Mona Lisa Shakuntla and Moona were amazing and great service. Their operation manager was very good and professional I had to use computer even though facility not available for guests he arranged one for me. Location is great middle of the city and lots of food outlets outside and shopping options. Highly recommended . Breakfast buffet is good , lots of dishes however catered to non Pakistani taste. ( A bit of masalah)

There is no business centre where one can use computers or printers. Regarding ironing board I had to ask and they are not readily available in the room and you get them for half an hour. Other than no issues. There was fruit however in syrup would appreciate if fresh fruit is available and something for gluten free people.
