Everything was good, the staff was so cooperative specially Mr. Waleed ayaz, madam Sadia and Mr. Rashid they provided almost everything which we asked Enjoyed our stay there, kids had so much fun recommended for families and freinds for water activities and stay...also there desert safari ride is highly recommended

The breakfast buffet was not good the type.of dishes or what u can say basic things like paratha etc we have to order on special requests and that buffet incharge mr zahid lacks basic manners The only thing I didn't like rest everything was perfect

I was really contended with the stay and the overall experience , visited with 5 kids , miss sadia was always there on whatsapp to help and guide as soon as i needed anything One thing I will request to upgrade is food quality as it is quite like normal desi food chinese food in bistro. Plz introduce authentic chinese to value for money as they charge for continental. Thank you

The rooms are extremely well maintained in terms of cleaniless, arrangement & amenities. Sadia checked in on us with complete vigilance during the stay. So thank you to her as well. This is a complete family stay experience, from resort activities which are all very well maintained as well. We are definitely coming back!

Breakfast is a low end. Im sure they can add bakery items (beside the usual bread), cold meats or even fruit bar & cheese. Served in Bistro restaurant, it's nowhere near a french style breakfast! And PLEASE add a vent net on the outside to keep the hundreds of crows coming to snatch my food or flying inside.

Customer service was excellent, everything I asked for was provided with excellent customer care which impressed me the most. The views from room were good, As only Bistro was open and available during my stay, all the dishes I tried were good but their chicken malai handi is exceptional.

Stairs or steps free access and better ramps for wheel chair users

I absolutely loved this property, the facilities available as well as all the extra excursions for us to do for free was amazing. We didn’t need to leave the resort at all for anything. 10 out of 10 will 100% be coming back. Also would like to thank Sadia for making sure all our needs where met as well as constantly checking up on us.

I liked everything however a little point for improvement can be the park needs more bins. I hardly seen any around the park.

So many activities for kids and adults including the stay, Royal suite were cleaned and you have to call housekeeping daily to keep it clean if you are staying for more then one night. No mosquitoes were found in the room. Overall Great Experience.

Sometimes there was a delay in our orders like for housekeeping and room service, at some activities like go kart we reached at 9:50pm in the q but we were not allowed to avail it as the closing time was 10pm and the guy there came out and told us that he will not allow us after 10 so we left but we came to know later that the other guest who came with us at the same time did avail it. But overall it was good experience.

Sadia was very helpful in guiding us during our stay Constantly checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable and were able to enjoy as much as possible. The food was really good and check in and check out were very easy and quick. Definitely would recommend Dremaworld to any family looking for a great affordable getaway. We had a great time at the dreamworld resort. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. It is a perfect place for a family getaway. A special thanks to Mohd Rashid, who was our facilitator. He is very friendly and always quick to respond. He made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort!

Too many mosquitoes

We had a 2 nights family getaway at dreamworld and also booked their Chalet for our stay. Our chalet coordinator Sadia Khan was very courteous and helpful. She contacted us via whatsapp immediately after we checked-in and was in continuous contact throughout our stay. All help was just a message away to Sadia Khan. The resort offers amazing activities for all age groups and their water activities are by far the best in town. The resort also offers a number of restaurants with a wide range of Pakistani and Continental cuisine. Highly recommended if you want to have a memorable getaway with your family and loved ones.

The resort is big and walk from chalet to one facility and another gets very tiring. Specially in summers during the day under scorching sun. It would be great if the resort offered some kind of internal commute shuttle or at least bicycles etc from one facility to another.

Many things stood out, particularly the artificial sea-themed children's pool restaurant named Bristo, and the luxurious, impeccably clean rooms for accommodation and the staff specially the boy with the name of Zayan.

The most frustrating part was that even at midnight, the water was warm, and during the summer, we can't tolerate salty warm water.
