Clean property with decent amenities. Very comfortable stay. To top it off , staff exceptional. From room cleaning team to the team of highly efficient yet immensely respectful waiting service. Be it in any restaurant on site or for the room service at any hour.

Limited food , drink menu after certain hours. It shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to fix this I think. Please get the AC in room 930 fixed as , quite noisy.

The staff was amazing and probably the most courteous i have come across in Pakistan. I would like to thank the two gentlemen from house keeping on the first floor along with Mr. Aftab and Mr. Hassan at reception. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially the security staff.

The two lifts were very busy. The breakfast timing was not very appropriate as most people in Pakistan start their day much later then normal, it used to get very crowded leading to spillover to the adjacent restaurant, which didn't have the same level of choices and/or service. The egg station was a bit slow leading to a very quick buildup of people in the queue. The room facilities felt very outdated and old. The room had two single beds which they didn't agree to join.

I love the Pakistani hospitality. My special thanks to Aktab and Cornelia of reception. Thank you as well to Arsalan, Uncle Ayub, Uncle Irfan and Unzila for taking care of me and my hubby's breakfast needs. A sincere thanks to my room cleaner Mr Irfan who ensures our room is kept clean and neat for our 10days stay there. Lastly to Miss Nazia who always takes my room order with a smile. When she knew that I was not well for the whole week, she quickly arranged for the kitchen staff to prepare special rice for me to ease my stomach issue. I am grateful for her care and concern for me and grateful to all those who have delivered my orders to my room (Kashif and many others).

The noise from the traffic around the hotel gets to me although I am on the 8th floor (RM 818). I would very much be in a quieter environment. The hotel needs a revamp esp the carpets in the room.

The swimming pool was great - very refeshing. Long opening hours and indoor so we could swim together as a family for ages without getting sunburnt. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling with good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially the guard in the parking area.

Swimming pool could have been cleaner (more chlorine & better filtration). It also would be better for the air temperature around the pool to be warmer than water temperature (AC temperature was very cold & water temperature very warm). But we still really enjoyed the pool. Pillows in room were too soft. It would be good to have both firm & soft pillows.

Your Assistant Front Office Manager Mr Hussain Javaid is an exceptional person! He made sure all our issues were promptly resolved when we initially checked-in after which he continued to follow up with us on a daily basis during our 8 day stay just to make sure that we were enjoying our stay! Your executive lounge on floor 10 is also amaaaazing! I believe you have a new Chinese Chef managing this lounge and I must say that his appetisers and snacks are delicious! Thank you for a wonderful experience PC~

During our recent stay in Karachi, we chose to stay at the PC Hotel due to its convenient location, friendly staff, delicious food, and great amenities. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to the excellent service at the front desk, all staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. I express my gratitude to the whole staff at Marco Polo for their fantastic service and the delicious breakfast they provided. Other dinner options, such as Chandni and Tai Pan, are delicious too and could be considered to increase buffet options. The hotel's amenities were of a good standard, and the children's play area was an excellent option for families with children. Overall, I want to thank the hotel for their warm hospitality and express my willingness to stay there again.

There is nothing negative to say about the facility. However, we recommend that they re-evaluate their policy regarding the complimentary fruits that were only offered on the first day instead of throughout the entire stay. The rooms require thorough deep cleaning, and it would be great if this could be addressed.

it was is my first time staying at a hotel in Karachi and I'm so pleased with our room 536, The overall experience during our 6 days and and everything from the guest services and spa treatment and amenities we're great especially the pick up and drop off airport. Exceptional housekeeping services led by this trio Rashid qasri, Anand, Riyad Muhammad (housekeeping supervisor), if they are working on your floor, rest assured your room will be serviced well. The breakfast at the PC was great, could be better with a bit more variety on the food selection, but the parathas and halwa purri made up for it. Asad took care of my family and my brother's family in 802+804, and all the duty managers. Thank you for lovely time, inshallah hope to be back again.

slightly confused to see that the hotel had covered up the window views.

The non smoking rooms were smoking They didn’t honor certain things that the staff told us over the phone before we arrived at the hotel When I asked about other facilities they said laundry 2 pieces per guest was free This was not honored 1 based on room category which was lot mentioned as well as for child who they said was staying free which again was something that they offered as part of booking

i booked deluxe room but due to availability of executive room, property upgraded my room with same cost, i left a book there and property sent it to me free of cost through courier, breakfast was good but could be improved with addition of more nuts and cream yogurt, fruits were adequate in breakfast, service was also upto mark, executive lounge was also fine

normally complementary biscuits/ sweets/ macrons are offered for executive rooms, here only complimentary some fruits were offered, other facilities were fine
