The hotel did not have a place for us for breakfast, so we went to get breakfast, and when we got back, we got a fine for parking. We assumed that we would park until we checked out. No one told us we had to remove the car from the garage in the morning or pay an additional fee if we stayed until noon. That was very disappointing on our way to check out.

Nice hotel in center Kempten, nice and clean room, very confortable bed, sleep wery well. Frinedly stuff, good location of the hotel. Like it, if travel once more to Kempten, i'll take this hotel.

Parnikg facilities

Self check-in was very easy. The position is perfect (few minutes from the city centre). The room was neat and tidy.

The check-in code was sent upon request, while it should be sent automatically 24-hours in advance.

Facility was welcoming and clean, well appointed yet simple and functional rooms. Location was great and staff very accommodating. Breakfast was included to make it a great value for the area.

On arrival (Sunday) the reception was closed, however there was an Automatic sign in kiosk. This was a bit awkward as I had questions about extending my stay that would have been nice to ask a human.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient parking at reasonable cost. Good bathroom with good shower.

Rooms are just a bit too tiny, but manageable.

Clean Rooms, hotel very close to the city center, Self check-in option and PIN-based entry to the room. No key or card required to enter the rooms. Underground park garage has a direct access to the hotel, though it is a paid public parking ( EUR 9 for 24 hours)
