The hotel was clean, organised and in a good location if travelling by car. It is located directly next to a Lawson's and some good local restaurants. The included breakfast was great. The staff were amazing and tried their best to accommodate any needs or questions. The public bath was lovely and well maintained and vending machines and a microwave are also provided on the first floor. The room we booked was also very spacious compared to other similar style and cost hotels.

The hotel did not provide any cutlery, and the pillows were a traditional Japanese style even in the western rooms which were not the most comfortable for me.

A warm welcome from the front desk. A good explanation of the facilities. Wifi was easy to access, and at a high speed. Good location close to the main highway, and on the main road to Yamagata City centre. Very large car park. Good-sized, clean and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Usual excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu. Restaurant open in the evenings, and good ramen/ gyoza restaurant over the main road.

Front desk Staff were very attentive and efficient, eg. walked out of the lobby to guide us to the correct parking space under such cold weather. The entire hotel's staff are generally courteous including cafe's Staff at breakfast point. Very clean room, comfortable bed linen and value for monies for such room size with a decent variety of breakfast . Coined Laundromat, free large carpark and free coffee at the lobby certainly a plus point.

Location probably. But if you are driving it is not a problem. Otherwise there is Nothing that I dislike about .

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very nice facilities (4 washing machines, vending machines, included breakfast), easily accessible with public transit and a nice view from our hotel window.

Perfect for me,I’m motorcycle traveller and free parking with good location and easy access to main local road. Restaurant and grocery shop is nearby.

It’s far from centre of the city,you might use bus or taxi or your rental car if you would like to visit centre of the city.

Great location and close to the city center.
