Very nice facility. Great location. Nice staff .great breakfast.

Unfortunately , the room( which was equipped for handicapped individuals as I requested ) had a very foul and strong odor of urine. I am sure it is between cracks in the bathroom fixtures. but really needs addressed. My brother in law is disabled..and we had a late arrival due to my flight being late ; so..I didnt complain at the time.because we were tired. He is in a wheelchair and mobility is difficult, and were only going to stay 1 night. I felt the rest of the room was clean ..but the odor was overwhelming from the bathroom. I FEEL the price I paid was pretty high.and would like some sort of compensation for this stay. It was room 319 .

When checking in, Christopher was great! Very friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and kind when he realized our daughter wasn't included in the booking. He made me feel like I had come home after a long day at work, and someone had taken care of everything for us.

There was black mold on the shower head and around the shower. We did not like having to go down the only elevator and walk through the lobby to reach the pool, then back through it again wet when finished. There should be a separate elevator for this, and please have bigger towels than hand towels. How is an adult supposed to wrap themselves in one after swimming when theyre the size of something you would use to dry dishes?!

Close to Legoland and restaurants. Seemed clean

Parking was a pain to find, they had no rear entrance. Too many “status/reserved” parking spaces close to the building. No free breakfast, didn’t know that only the “express” had free breakfast. Not sure how this one showed up in my search but that was disappointing. And it was $12, we didn’t eat there but opted to go to Chic Fil A next door, so I don’t know if it would have been worth it. My husband doesn’t eat breakfast so have two free kids meals with an adult was only helpful for one child, and my husband couldn’t pack the car while we ate.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast bar was awesome. The staff was courteous and friendly. So Holiday Inn exceeded my overall expectation. There was an issue with the city on our last night so the hotel was on a boil water notice so we couldn't get ice. However, the hotel did their best to accommodate hotel guests..

Everything was great! Hotel was super clean, Room was really roomy, staff were so nice, and breakfast was delicious!!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, I just wished I'd had a regular couch or chair in our room instead of the couch/bed, but I don't think the room would've had the space for it, so I understand. We were in a King room that was also handicap ready. Everything was great!

Staff was very responsive about loud neighbors. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Within walking distance to the venue our girls had their volleyball tournament.

Bathroom sink in the lobby was dirty (someone cut their hair in it?) for over a day. One of the elevators sounded like it was breaking as you rode it. Asked for late checkout and couldn’t get it without being a member (I actually am a member but happened to book under a third party in a pinch).

I loved the property so much. There is so many restaurant options which we loved. we had an outback steakhouse infront of the hotel and that was really good. I also like the breakfast! we stayed for two nights and we decided to try breakfast the last day and omg!! wish I had gone sooner, delicious breakfast, better than IHOP and cheaper.

I did not like the air conditioner it made too much noise, but I can live with that, everything else was wonderful.

Very friendly staff at front desk and in the restaurant. Convenient location to my event. Adequate equipment in fitness center, but a bit small compared to others Inuabe been in. Decent offering at breakfast buffet.

One of the light bulbs in my room was flickering and defective.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms, communal areas. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The cost of the food. If you stay for more than 1night,food should be reduced. The price is what kept us from eating there.

The room was very modern looking and clean. USB-A ports all over the room. Plenty of outlets all over the room. A ton of things around the hotel, including a Wal-mart across the street and an Outback in the same parking lot. A Keurig coffee machine in the room with a few options to make.

Some of the USBs were broken. No microwave in the room. I needed to heat up a baby bottle and I had to go downstairs to the bar to use a microwave.
