Everything conform with expectations.

May be we should appreciate some toasts and toaster for breakfast …. But according with price , actual breakfast is really doing his job.

Staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable, (a bit outdated) but it was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was strange, yet great and convenient. Lobby was clean and quiet for breakfast. It was a one-night stay and suited my family well. the Pool was clean, grounds could use watering.

Nothing really, it was just an overnight kind of deal. Maybe pricing could have been cheaper but who doesn't want that. For the price we got a great room and much needed rest.

I would rather had waffles than pancakes but they were good, loved the fruit cereal and coffee, the coffee machine broke down I missed my coffee.They did a great job keeping food out and were so nice I loved it there.

The room was a little dusty and coffee machine and ice bucket dirty, I went and got clean towels cleaning lady didn’t drop any off but that was fine because I got to get them downstairs.

The staff was super accomodating and polite. I loved that it was attached to a great Mexican restaurant which made food choice quite easy.

There was one staff memeber who was washing the windows that kind of kept following people aroudn giving creepy vibes. Also there wasn't as much of a "continental breakfast" - only pancakes and cereal and coffee.

I wanted a place for my daughter & I to crash for the night after we spent the day at LegoLand. The hotel's location was perfect, the front desk staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the included continental breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Close to Legoland and close to shopping restaurant

I guess breakfast not really good but thsts what you pay for. I understand there is no kitchen to cook. At 2am, some crazy people had music so load, but after while we heard police to calm them down.

The pool was relaxing, the gardens added a nice ambiance, and the pancake maker was cool. Hotel was very close to Legoland, walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and decorative bed pillows were stained

The front desk service was very helpful and nice. They serve you breakfast in the morning and also serve coffee all day for the coffee lovers. It was very clean and quiet and I like the fact that they offer smoking and none smoking rooms. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were big and spacious. Next door was a mexican restaurant, very nice . Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel was good.

No chairs or a table on the patio.

THE YOUNG LADY AT CHECK IN & CHECK OUT WAS AMAZING!! VERY INFORMATIVE. I HAD TO COME TO POLK COUNTY FOR COURT, SHE KNEW HOW TO GET THERE FOR MY SON'S MENTAL HEALTH HEARING AND I ONLY NEEDED 1 NIGHT OF STAY BUT IF I HAVE TO COME BACK I CERTAINLY WILL BE COMING BACK!!
