Friendly reception staff, good sized room with spacious bathroom. Restaurant and bar staff very helpful. We had dinner, which was very good value and of a great standard. Breakfast was too, good to see bacon and eggs on the menu! Pool was an added bonus, clean with plenty of sun beds

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room made an awful noise so we had to turn it off completely, which made for a rather warm nights sleep🥵

I have stayed here many times before. The breakfast at Europa was as good as it always is : a fine choice and plenty of it. Savoury as well as the obligatory sweet Italian start to the day. The room is also great - it has everything you could need. This time I used the eCar charging equipment. You need a voucher and a code from the reception, and then the mid-range charge happens effortlessly (4 hours to full). The staff are absolutely charming : they loved my dog (an old friend!) and they are very professional and friendly. The desk is manned 24 hours a day - an advantage if you have to leave early.

Good location, plentiful breakfast, big parking lot. We have enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. Overall a great value.

Would be nice if hotel provided possibility to use swimming pool on the date of check out free of charge. We came in late in the evening and have not had the chance to use the pool at all.

I have been to this hotel many times before. This stay confirmed all its good points : friendly, helpful staff; great welcome; comfortable room; excellent breakfast (not just Italian sweet things); dog-friendly; electric car charging on site; excellent wifi; very good value for money; etc etc....

Nothing to dislike here. Stayed one night on our way back from Sicily. Great breakfast and very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Good selection of eateries nearby and secure parking. Staff friendly and efficient.

We were initially allocated a room next to a large group of noisy students. We were eventually moved to a quieter room after the second complaint.

The staff at this hotel were so professional, friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and had a refrigerator a kettle, tea and coffee.The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Good and safe parking. Highly recommend!

Everything is excellently arranged. The staff are welcoming and helpful (24-hour front desk!), the hotel itself is beautiful, set back a bit from the noisy main road (Via JF Kennedy, in northern Cosenza); rooms are comfortable and are equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities (unusual in Italy), there is safe outside parking (or an underground parking garage), the WiFi is strong, and breakfast is wonderful. They are dog friendly too, and you can take a well-behaved dog into the breakfast room. There are also electric car charging facilities. The hotel surroundings are not attractive, so just relax at Europa, and there's a swimming pool for your arrival day.

Everything went well. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is quiet and welcoming, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The WiFi is good. They are pet friendly and welcome my dog each time I stay.

There was no plug in my wash handbasin. I mentioned this at reception and told them it was the same at my last visit (3½ months before). They gave me a reduction to apologise. It is strange (and rather annoying) that the window blinds go down automatically whenever you leave the room.

I've stayed here many times. Cosenza/Rende/Roges is definitely not a tourist destination, but Europa is a comfortable and welcoming hotel with a good breakfast and very good WiFi. No need to look any further if you must sleep at Cosenza!

The charging point for E-cars is (very) hard to start!

A lovely sized room and great breakfast, especially for vegetarians. We ate at the hotel both nights: Francesco's food is superb - he made special adjustments for my vegetarianism and a couple of allergies. He provides extra littles tastes of local specialities. Will return for Francesco's food! Superb pool, deep enough for diving in. Plenty of sunbeds and great to have a snack bar in the afternoon.
