Great location, close to the beach. We were with a dog, lots of space for the animal, safe area without cars. It's hard to write anything bad. In such a beautiful place you basically go back to the apartment to sleep. There are so many wonderful places in the area (beaches, restaurants, bars) We highly recommend

If only the apartment was a little better cleaned, it would be perfect

The location was amazing, close to the pool and almost on the beautiful beach. A nice but simple vacation home. Perfectly suided our needs. A couple of nice restaurants on walking distance and free parking.

Couldn’t reach the house by car, but they provide a baggage cart. Pool closed at 7 pm, a little longer would be better. The houses could use some decoration for some more atmosphere.

Very functional bungalow, well equipped. Perfect with dogs (slate floor). Supposedly only one dog allowed. Off season the location is awesome, ready access to beach and walks, calm environment. The sea view was well worth it as we somehow ended up in the corner bungalow. Restaurant options within 5 min drive.

Overall all went well. The intake lady is helpful but a bit prickly. Chances are she has seen it all… We elected to do the early departure option (bypassing the exit inspection) and it went fine.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy room. Great value for money.

Sofa bed was comfy as a bed but not as a sofa

The location.

Layout of the apartments is great, very functional for how little space there is. Kitchen well equipped. Location is perfect for a beach vacation. The pool is very clean, heated and rather large. Everything was very quiet.

Mattresses were very thin and bedding pretty old (though it seemed clean). We complained about a strong moldy smell in the apartment. The manager was understanding, but couldn't offer another apartment because the property was fully booked. So we had to air out the apartment constantly.

The location near the beach at Guidel plage is good,

The accommodation is dated, whilst it has good facilities in the accommodation it is all dated, Beds are not made - you have to make and then take all the bedding back to the reception when you leave. The accommodation was not spotlessly clean and there are black mould stains in the shower room and bedroom We couldn't use the outside space because there was a large dog roaming loose There is no facilities for parking close to the accommodation, you have to take a trolley from reception to bring your things to the accommodation and there was non available for us to use to take our things back to the car in the parking area. The caution / damage fee was taken on my card 300€ but when we went to check out we was told the room would be inspected and the money back to the card. Yet, the receptionist said she was too busy to do that and for us to go and she would check the room when she had time , this left us feeling anxious about the money. I was glad I took thorough photos of when we had cleaned and tied the room.

Good location near the beach, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. May be worth it if you are staying for a longer time with your family and are looking for a self-catering apartment

The beds are not made, you have to do that yourself and return the sheets, towels etc.. at the reception when you check out. What really bothered me was that I didn't know that I have to clean the apartment before leaving. I found this out upon arrival and honestly found it to be quite stressful, as our apartment was not clean to begin with and they charge you extra for not properly cleaning (up to 300 euros, they do a checkup) or for being late for checkout. Our stay was not comfortable and quite expensive for two people (260 Euros for 2 nights)
