The breakfast was 10/10. The room was so luxurious I felt so happy and relaxed every time I came back. I loved the terrace it was great to do work in the morning. The cleaners were fantastic I would sometimes not leave my room till 11 but it was always clean when I got back. The soap and shampoo was also 10/10. I could go on and on and on it was worth every penny.

The shower took a while to get hot but that might have been my fault.

Great location, close to all city's attractions, and nice river view. Many restaurants and cafes in the hotel and nearby. Very polite, caring and responsive staff. Small, but quite good wellness zone with jacuzzi and saunas, not too crowded.

In my opinion, the rooms need to be renovated, the interior is a little outdated and some pieces of the furniture don't look good. The rooms looked new on the booking photos, maybe I was the one who got the room without renovation. Compared to the nice lobby and restaurant, my room was shabby. I would also add that the price is higher than expected, because the breakfast is ordinary and the rooms aren't fresh and stylish. Usually for that kind of room price you expect something more, for example coffee and tea in the room or more breakfast options.

Location is great, views from the rooms are awesome, breakfast offers various options. Room was clean and spacious enough, bathroom is small but sufficient. We visited with the dog and everyone were very welcome and pleasant. Hotel is on the bank of river Drava and you can have very nice walk, there is unofficial dog beach nearby and good restaurants in front of the hotel.

Superb service from all staff, especially front of house and kitchen personnel who went out of their way to book me an excursion and provide bespoke dinner and breakfast to accommodate health issues and food intolerances. Ideal location. Comfortable, modern room with great river view.

Perhaps a tad bit pernickety but there was a great deal of accumulated dust behind the headboard which may cause discomfort for those with dustmite allergies. I'd recommend improved dusting to avoid potential issues. Otherwise, room was top-notch.

You must leave hotel bar at 11. Even if you still have your drink. We have to go in hotell loby. It was verry bad experience. Never see such a practice. Hotel is here to acomodate their guests, not to please some vierd manager. I would definetly avoid this hotel if you find something similar around.

I love this Hotel! The breakfast, the rooms, the wellness place on the top floor. Just love it.

There was some renovation this time, so it was a little bit too noisey sometimes. Also it gets more and more expensive. Still we will come back next time :)

The location by the River Drava is excellent. I received a warm and friendly welcome. I was lucky that my room had a panoramic view of the Drava. The restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped.

Some of the wall-paper in the room was starting to peel off the wall. I guess the rooms are due for a redecoration. However this did not spoil my stay

It was our second visit in the hotel in a year time. Nice room, kind staff, especially Goran at the front desk. Excellent restaurant “Zimska luka”, the dinner there was very delicious. Kind waiter with “white hair”. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Nice zoo in Osijek and wonderful park alleys.
