After 6 days hiking of Alta Via 1 trek from Lago di Braies to Listolade, my family went to this B&B. It took about 20 minutes from the Belluno bus station on foot. As I did not roam my phone in Italy, I used message-sending function of Booking.com App to contact the host. Whenever I sent messages, the host quickly responded. I really appreciated it. This place is considered to be a typical Italian family home, and it is also a good memory to experience a family home rather than an ordinary hotel. Breakfast was good, delicious and in large quantity. The host is a very friendly person. When asked if I could use the kitchen on the second day, the host gave me permission as if it were a given, so my family went grocery shopping and cooked for dinner. Thanks to the host, My family rested well after Alta Via 1 hiking. Thank you so much.

Everything was good.

We needed a place to stay in Belluno following completion of the Alta Via 1 route. We had no expectations but our stay here proved to be a really wonderful end to our adventure. When the host learned that we were getting a late bus in after a long day’s walk, he came and collected us from the bus station. On arrival at the property he presented us with Alta Via 1 badges, which my son was especially thrilled to receive. We had a very early start in the morning to get to Venice airport and our host prepared a wonderful breakfast for 5.45 and then drove us to the train station. The property was beautiful and the beds very comfortable, but our over-riding memory will be of our host’s wonderful thoughtfulness and kindness. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to coming back to Belluno one day - it is a lovely town.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Miki is the kindest person. His house has a lovely feel to it. The views from the balcony and particularly the morning light coming over the mountains is stunning. Miki is a fantastic and very thoughtful host. He took in some luggage for us which we sent ahead and he even took us to the station. We were so grateful for that after finishing the Alta Via 1. He also has some great stories to tell about the mountains, music, art and all things in between. Follow his recommendations for where to eat and what to see in Belluno. This was such a gem for us to stay in. Mille grazie Miki!

The host knows and understands the Dolomites well. He attends to details. His gift of AV1 pins to us all is much appreciated after we completed 11 days of AV1 hikes. He also serves a full and hearty breakfast to start a day. Offers to provide info and order takeaway/delivered food.

The location is not close to town centre but can be reached by public transport followed by a short walk. The host is also enthusiastic to provide a solution. Overall the location is not a problem especially if you only stay in Belluno as a transit point like us.

Everything about this property was perfect. Our party was made up of 2 adults and 4 teenage children and we had a fabulous time. The host, Micky, went above and beyond to accommodate us and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect and Micky always fitted it in around our plans each day. We even had Easter eggs on Easter Sunday! The hospitality here is like nothing we have experienced before and we would have no hesitation in rebooking. Micky, you really are a wonderful human. We felt sad to say goodbye and the children have all said they miss you already!

Perfect stay in Belluno. The owner was very kind. He was waiting for us with cake and tea. What's more he surprised us with 2 big slices watermelon!! He gave us useful advices, recommended a complete program for every day with checking the weather also. The room was quite big with balcony and very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and you never stand up from the table hungry :-) We felt at home for 6 days. Thank you, Miki!

The bathroom could be renovated. The cleaning could be a tiny bit more pronounced in the bathroom ;-)

It was a pleasure to stay here. The host (Miki) is truly the nicest person. Ensuring we had a comfortable stay was most important. He had plenty of recommendations of things to see, do and where to eat. His space is beautiful. A nice garden to relax out back with beautiful views. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the breakfast filling. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made us fall in love with the city. After finishing Alta1, we couldn't have asked for more. He was so kind and even drove us around to show us the best spots in Belluno! His recommendations were fantastic. The room was comfortable and the breakfast freshly prepared. Wonderful host who went above and beyond – he picked us up when we missed our bus at the end of the AV1 Hiking trail, and dropped us off in town later for dinner. Very helpful and easy to communicate with on Whats app. Lovely, large room with a private bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts. We highly recommend!!!

nothing - loved everything

I stayed in 2 different rooms with beautiful views/ terraces! The entire house was spotless and Mikki our host was extremely accommodating and helpful! He drove me to the start of the Alta Via! Also offered to take / pick me up from train/ bus! Breakfast was lovely sweet buns yogurt / coffee /tea ..eggs cheese! It was quiet and relaxing! One of the best stays I’ve had! The host has traveled widely and knows what fellow travelers need! The home is decorated with beautiful art from all their world travels!

I thought the entire experience was superb!
