The property is very well managed and everything was as advertised. Very attentive and helpful staff who make it all happen like clockwork. The restaurant is superb. One of the best properties we have stay in for quite a while.

Cant fault the property. Its amazingly good. The absence of a lift in the annex could be problematic for some (like us) so request main building if you cant handle stairs. .

Great location in Florac. We were put in the annexe building on the third floor. The room was good, shower room great. We ate in the restaurant on our first night which has a couple of menus from local suppliers. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We didn’t take breakfast. Easy to walk around the village. A great base to explore the Cevenne.

There was no lift in the annexe ( it didn’t affect us) but limited mobility could find it difficult. But other than that nothing we didn’t like.

We had a lovely comfortable clean room with a window that opened with views over the garden and into the mountains. . It was spacious and good storage for luggage. There is a pleasant garden area for guests to relax in. The reception staff on the day we checked in spoke good English. We reserved a car park which was available when we arrived. Good varied breakfast. The highlight was the dinner in the restaurant. None of the restaurant staff spoke English but this was not a problem as it was a set menu on the night we were there. The food and service was superb and it was not expensive given the quality of the fare.

Superb, modern hotel, the first I've stayed in that had all facilities for disabled travellers. Superb location, super comfortable, first class dinners and breakfasts. The chef who I think may have been the hotel owner, and his staff gave first class food ( entrees, main dishes and deserts). Fantastic. Best hotel overall that I've stayed at in France over several years visiting France. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and Cordula who was on reception every day bar one, was multilingual. All other staff on reception and who waited during evening dinners were all brilliant. I'd certainly stay here again if I could get a booking next year.

This is a modern but sympathetic to it's surroundings, small hotel. The service was exceptional, with the receptionist going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect; including telling me about their dry room for my soaking wet motorcycle gear. That was a great to be able to avail of. I had heard about the restaurant being very good; well all I can say is definitely eat here if staying at the hotel. The food is top quality French standard. The stuff you would pay twice the amount for in Ireland or UK. It was exceptional. The breakfast was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate recommending staying here and if on motorbikes, they have garage parking to add to the equation. The best hotel we stayed in for our round Spain and France trip.

Good location, and one of the few locations in the town in october where you could get an evening meal.

Meals on the expensive side and my wife had a piece of venison that was so tough it was impossible to eat. Also very little storage space in the room to unpack

The room was a bit small and the shower room very compact. There was no plug in the sink. There needs to be mire clarity on some of the menu..

The property is pretty clean, and in very nice condition. The staff are nice and attentive. They reserved a park spot for us, which works out perfectly. The restaurant is very nice.
