Very clean, comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, linens, nice showers! Quiet. Awesome breakfast! And nice little snack bar available 24/7. Parking was super convenient. Staff and customer service was superior! Definitely 5 out of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ !!

The AC/Heater unit was a little loud. Fan was super "windy" even on low and couldn't turn it down or lower without turning off the entire unit. Not a major issue, but a better AC/ heater unit would have been added comfort. Would prefer carpet floors over wood! But super clean and esthetically pleasing nonetheless. :)

I liked that the property was clean as far as bedding, refrigerator, microwave, drawers. Seeing the staff bringing in snacks etc for the lobby area which shows car for those who are staying; love the shower design

Ants coming from the sink and on the floor. The ants made my skin crawl. The pool had mold and needs a better cleaning, needs to be deep cleaned to remove the gunk. Housekeeping when they came to pickup the towels and trash, they should have replaced them w/ new towels and wash clothes since they removed the dirty ones. Clean the air conditioner and change out the filter, that’s apart of housekeeping as well considering guests breathe the air

We liked the size of the room and the views of the property. We liked the setup and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We liked the connecting resturant and the food and service were great. It was a great value for the money.

The air conditioning unit was a bit old fashioned and the temperature controller was a problem. The unit either ran to cool off the room or shut off. The fan wouldn’t continuously run and then the AC kick in when needed.

I booked this hotel because it was 20 mins from Fort Barfoot. Super cute little place. The room was on the smaller side but clean and perfect for my needs. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. Even though I didn't use the pool, it was open. They do have free breakfast and also The Backroads Bar and Grill on property. I would highly recommend The Crewe Boutique Inn and look forward to using them again soon!

The room was very nice however, the cleaning staff needs to pay a little more attention to detail. All around the baseboards were a little dirty and had some stray hairs. The bathroom had some hairs that should have been cleaned/vacuumed. I understand that everyone is probably very busy but, first impressions are hard to erase.

The Breakfast was less than I expected, but overall they did have waffles. I think the renovations are coming along nicely and when all is done I think it will be a very nice inn. I’m sure that once the work is complete the price per night will increase dramatically. I would love to spend another few days there once the renovations are complete.

Although the bathroom upgrades were great the HVAC system should also be upgraded and the new furniture hadn’t arrived.

probably the best motel I have used. the staff was helpful and friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised.

we got there about an hour before it was closed. Several options had been depleted. No staff member was monitoring and replenishing the options.

I enjoyed the room. I liked the design and simplicity. Staff was friendly too and a complimentary breakfast is always nice.

My only knock would be that it looks like the pool could use some work. I didnt intend on swimming anyways but that's the only negative I could find with this place.

Everything is 1000% better than the previous management. I love the front lobby, and that there are chairs there now. I love how the front desk is white marble. The rooms are white makes it look a lot cleaner. I love the way it smells clean when you walk into the room. They serve breakfast now I am definitely going to stay again soon.

I only wish the pool was indoors, so it could be my year around staycation place.

Convenient location off main road. Well-lit and modernized. Ample parking. Attentive and polite staff.

No ironing board in room. I believe the front desk loans out irons if requested from what I observed.
