My check in was greet, Britney made arrangements for me to check in early, since my companion was feeling well, I had to go see my sister who was about to have brain surgery....So I was already stressed and upset , she made everything fabulous.,... South Hill is my hometown... So I always look forward to a visit

Rooms, friendly helpful staff

We were there June 6th to June 9th, we stayed an extra day, and no one came in to clean our rooms, while we were out. I was aware to ask for what we needed and I did from the staff on the floor and I gave him the trash also. The phone didn't work but we had our phones. Iron had sticky stuff on it couldn't ask for another one cause I didn't want to be late for my event. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Wr have family in south hill va so we come an visit for a few days I had a great time with the family an your hotel was great itwas comfortable, relaxing, clean quiet so the only thing I had to do was relax at the hotel it what I needed after time with grandkids I will be staying again next time we visit family thanks for all yall do its very much appreciated I'm a disable vet

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. When I told the manager that my air conditioner died during the night and I had to sleep in a hot room. He apologized and credit my account for $25.00 for the inconvenience. I also forgot my baby's blanket and the same manager packed it up and delivered it to the UPS store to come back to me. He went above and beyond and I appreciate that.

There was nothing I didn't like except for the a/c not working the final night.

Staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful in telling me where stores, restaurants, etc were located.

Humidity in the building was not well controlled. This made it difficult for swim suit and swim shirt to dry, and also made the room muggy.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

I couldn't close my drapes all the way. So the lights of the parking lot came through the window. You can see in the pictures, that all there is on most of the window is shears. The drapes only cover a small portion of the edges of the window. You can see the short track the drapes have if you zoom in. I happen to have a few large binder clips, to at least bring the drapes together from about halfway down to the bottom. Otherwise people would have been able to see into my first floor room.

The gentleman at the front desk i think his name was Jeff customer service was outstanding..i see a raise in his future he went above and beyond

Loved my stay

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. I did not care for the link sausage at all. It did not have a good taste. The orange juice tasted liked it had artificial sweetener in it. I seem to be able to detect it real easily.

Night stand and phone had to be wiped down by us. Something was spilled on the night stand.

Breakfast was very good! Staff was friendly.

Room had a slight smell when you first entered door. Refrigerator had a frozen block of ice in it.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
