Decent breakfast. Was convenient to the highway and along our drive route home from Asheville, NC

After checking in we went up to our room and found the door open with the deadbolt engaged to keep it open. I noticed at least 3 other unoccupied rooms on our floor with the door open in a similar manner. I notified the front desk in person and she followed me up to lock the other doors. She apologized and agreed that it shouldn’t have happened.

Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent, the staff that prepared the breakfast and set up was excellent and did an excellent job!! The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable as well!!

The staff busted into room 10 minutes after we had checked in and walked into the room without knocking, my fiancé was telling them to wait a minute cause he was naked, they just walked on in and then did it again earlier the next morning at 9:30am….

The staff was wonderful I had my days incorrect when I checked in and the manager was able to get me in that night she was awesome. Then I extended my stay and Tay and Ashley were so helpful and getting me extended and keeping me in my same room everyone was just super

It felt clean and refreshing plus a great breakfast layout.

the only downside is thay if you are a light sleeper you can hear the hallway very easily, it didn't help i was right in front of the elevator so if you are the same id make sure to ask to be further away.

Everything was great. The housekeeping staff that I came in contact with was exceptional. One of the housekeeping staff even went above and beyond to keep the elevator open for me even after she had gotten off.

The beds were a little too soft but not awful

The breakfast was filling and pleasant. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and well organized.

The elevator was out of order and everyone needed to take the staircases. Thankfully the staff was very helpful for those in need.

This hotel was in a quiet location. The room was clean. The staff keeps the facility clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice place to get some rest for the night. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The location was what we were looking for. Close to a good Italian restaurant.

There was an ongoing smell of WEED! The staff didn't seem to care. Probably stay somewhere else next time!

The breakfast was the most tasty today than all the other times I’ve stayed there. And I’ve stayed there several times.

There were stains on the sheets. I didn’t notice it until after I was getting ready to check out and I forgot.

My daughter and I enjoyed our room. It was very big, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was good with different options.

The vending machine with drinks was not stocked. It had water in it but when you put in 105 to get the water it kept saying it was sold out.
