I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, but I went down to the lobby around 4 AM and noticed the receptionist was already starting to prepare for breakfast service, which officially begins at 6. I asked if I could get some orange juice, and he kindly turned the machine on early just for me. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot and really reflected the attentive and considerate service at this hotel. Thank you!

I would’ve rated it higher than 8 stars, but we had to call the front desk for bug spray because the balcony was full of gnats. We wanted to enjoy the lake at night but ended up sitting out front instead. That said, staff was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the quick service.

Andy and Peter and all of the staff at the hotel were so very very friendly and helpful! Peter made sure that our reservation process and our check in process was very smooth, and he answered all of my questions when I called to confirm my reservation prior to our arrival. Andy was such a gracious host at our delicious complimentary breakfast! We had so many wonderful options to choose from, and everything was fresh and filled up! The breakfast area was very clean and very well stocked, with multiple delicious options for all different types of diets and palates! Our hotel room was very clean and beautiful, and we loved the wonderful lakefront view! This was a great place to stay for our family reunion and wedding this past week, and we will definitely be coming back in the future! The pool was so nice and clean and refreshing, and the plants in the parking lot were very well taken care of! The young man sweeping the parking lot was doing a very thorough job, and the housekeepers were very nice and friendly! 10/10! We had a lovely stay here!

I think they did a wonderful job with the hotel. It was beautiful the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast could have a little updating. The hashbrowns were cold, and the biscuits were cold, but other than that it was great. The only other thing that I saw wrong was there was a lot of trash on the Lakeside up against the Room. When we got to our room they were cigarette butts all over.outside

Everything was great. Like I said, the biscuits were ice, cold and the hashbrowns we’re still cold.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was very nice. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for my husband and myself. We especially loved the pillows! Very fluffy!! 😁

Really, there was nothing negative. There was an extra charge on my card, but the young man at the desk was going to take care of it.

Anita is a very nice and considerate person. The TV didn’t work in our original room so she didn’t hesitate to give us another room which was better and what we originally wanted. My wife mentioned we were here on vacation and for her birthday so Anita made it a point to get a lakeside room which my wife wanted. Anita made this happen. Thank you Anita and Quality inn staff. Your what a business should be thanks.

staff was helpful and efficient in helping to solve a booking problem. We were able to stay on the ground floor with outdoor access. The rooms are well done with comfortable beds, clean linens and nice furniture.

bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The window shade in the bathroom could be a little wider. The outside metal door (lakeside) could fit better.

It was a beautiful room, I’ve never had a motel with a ceiling fan,the wood beams were awesome, I will be back. The free breakfast was great, eggs hash browns biscuits and sausage gravy was all great!

the view and the town was nice. the property is showing it’s age, the floors were dirty dirty. the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. so I have very mix feelings. I feel the age and property was over priced. this is beautiful place for the fisherman.

The advertised "free breakfast" was horrible!!** hockey puck bisquits the hot breakfast portion of the meal was inedible! It should have been advertised as a continental breakfast 🙄
