It need more ideas like beef or turkey breakfast meats cause everyone doesn't Eat pork something more then just waffles maybe pancakes some home fries potatoes and I f I didn't see a toaster or a microwave but otherwise it was okay

Food cleaning in lobby kitchen area chairs need to go or clean. Entrance hotel and exit door areas are nasty food paint gum. Toilet is to low 10 -12 off the floor. Air conditioner needs to be to be clean it and the floor make the room musky and stuffy .

It is in a good location to access interstate 85 and right across the street from the hospital

It was a little dusty, but only because they are in the middle of renovations. Still the best hotel to stay at in the area.

Early check outs should receive breakfast to go bags with bagel, fruit cream cheese muffin and juice or milk. Or something similar

The room was clean, and we got snacks in the room for staying at the Hampton Inn

We requested room service and we didn't receive it. I was a little disappointed other than that everything else was good

The property was in the area of the funeral we were there to attend.

We had a problem with the first room assigned. The young lady on duty was approx. 8 months pregnant and committed to getting the issue fixed. When she couldn’t fix it, she switched us to another room. Kudos to her for going the extra mile!!!

Staff was very cordial. I had an issue in my bathroom that was addressed very quickly. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very limited. There were very few options for people who do not eat meat. There was no sliced bread to make toast. Still,overall not bad. The coffee was okay.

I prefer hotels with hot tubs. I wanted to refill my water bottle but I’m not sure if possible in the lobby. Trays taped in water fountains to prevent use and other water dispensers had a light saying “self-cleaning.” Some hairs in shower.

The Staff were friendly and accommodating! 4 stars out of 4!

Although they were doing construction in the lobby, the room was very clean and catering to our needs.
