The location was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a very nice cleaning staff member making sure every morning I had what I needed.

The Pool was not opened. The Breakfast area needs to stay open longer. When I first got there and opened the door there was a roach on the wall. After I killed it I didn't see any more. The bathtub looked like it had gotten a Crack in it and they tried fixing it with porcelain putty. The sink was cracked and the toilet tank was loose, so everything I would get up it would bang up against the wall. The TV needs a menu or guide feature. The clock and phone did not work.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was kind and hotel was clean.

Traveling with a toddler can be noisy at times. Someone from the front desk came to my room about a noise complaint. I didn't understand my toddler was just walking. The hotel should get harder floors.

We requested a handicapped room and that worked out nicely. However, this morning when we got on elevator to check out, we saw a sign that read … in case of fire use stairs!!there is no way I could have done the stairs after suffering a stroke. I am sure I am not alone. But why is handicapped room on 3rd floor? Should be a fire violation.

Looked like the ceiling in the bathroom had mold Pillow were so small. I would recommend big fluffy pillows at least one on each bed with the other pillows. That would have made me so happy. I hate to bring my pillows and blankets from home just to sleep dreamily...

Location exceeded my needs. I felt safe and comfortable. The front desk staff person was kind and professional. The room was as expected but no cups available at bathroom sink which was a bit disappointing.

The television was a disappointment because I couldn't access YouTube without scanning QR codes which I am not comfortable performing.

Breakfast was ok. Bed was Comfortable. Mini frig and desk. Check in and out easy.

So, this hotel has half pillows. Never seen this before in my life. They were awkward but the bed was comfortable Bring your own pillow! Tub Shower. I had seen pictures of a walk in shower, so was disappointed with that. Breakfast was just OK. They were completely out of something. I think it was juice.

1:30 am a dog was continuously barking and I feel front desk should have addressed it 7:00 am hotel is being remodeled which is great , however either construction guys or hotel staff was talking and laughing extremely loud near our room Bed pillows need to upgraded

The housekeeping staff didn't clean ourRm#207 on day 2,like no fresh towels and the trash. Also, the bed was not made.

The location was great, right off the highway. Great location for restaurants and quick grab go food place. The accommodation was good. The room was small but quaint for our stay. Nice and quiet

Looks like doing some remodeling. Ice machines one first and third floor only room smelled a little muskie when entered but cleared up after AC turned down
