The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff was rude, if I ask a question they just shook their head yes or no. I said good morning to one and they just looked away like it was going to hurt them to say something. The night manager was asleep at the front desk, I ask a question about the coffee machine and never did get a answer.

Employees were very positive and helpful. I didn't think no was in their vocabulary. Whatever you asked, they Tried to make it happen. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay.

There was no chair in the room to read

Lots of options for breakfast. Both hot and cold. The staff was really friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean .

Our room was on the 3 rd floor. You could smell Marijuana in the hallway on several occasions

Staff unprofessionally dressed. Wearing a bonnet to the front desk is beyond unprofessional We needed to check in an hour early, but it wasn't possible, which is understandable,but many hotels offer the option, even if customers have to pay additional. We were attending a funeral and needed to change clothing after 5 hour travel to get to destination

Breakfast staff person was super nice and helpful

Had to find staff to locate the check out person so we could check out. Took about 10-15 minutes to locate check out person.

Breakfast was very Blah. No oatmeal, bagels were very plain, no milk. eggs looked very unappitizing. Went to breakfast elsewhere

The staff was amazing. They were johnny on the spot for whatever we needed.

The gym was better than most hotels but it was not cleaned every day. The trash from Monday was still in the trash can on Friday.

Bathroom could be updated. Shower plumbing loose from wall; taller toilet would be nice.

Strong smell of paint. Mattress needed replacing..had a big sink hole.
