Jade at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest and attentive to my needs. She was able to provide answers to all of my questions and give me advice on best practices while staying in this hotel. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The refrigerator worked excellent and there was plenty of secure parking. Overall my stay was fabulous and I would definitely stay HERE again. The Red Roof Inn in Henderson was a tremendous value.

The bathroom floor could be grouted again.

We stayed here last year and based on our experience we returned this year. Sharika is so pleasant and professional. She is a real pleasure to deal with. The place is clean and comfortable and the price was very fair.

WE did have a scare the smoke alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning because a resident was doing laundry at 4am and caused a belt to spark or something. There could be some kind of restrictions for doing laundry.

Location great for what we needed. Front desk lady Tammy was excellent in helping us solve our problem with Booking . Com . I will not be using Booking . Com again !!!

Great location and get price. The bed was not comfortable. They need better mattresses. For a one night stay, I would do it again.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was only an hour drive for us.

The bathroom I would have liked everything together. Going to the bathroom and then having to touch the bathroom door to go wash my hands is not the best design.

The breakfast was not great for me I didn't eat but went to Walmart and bought breakfast sandwiches. I think offering instant grits, fruit cups packed in their juices, applesauce and English muffins or bagels. Location was excellent close to shopping restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again

It was my second stay and this time we rented two rooms for 5 people. I asked for a roll out bed and it was provided. The staff is professional and very helpful, all shifts. Also, they took my recommendation to supply instant grits, much appreciated.

The bed is not too comfortable, maybe a padded mattress top.

Wonderful stay everything was wonderful

The lady that checked us in was rude. Not only to us but we could hear her screaming at another guest in the hallway!!

Beverly at the front desk went over and above to make sure that my stay was excellent, she definitely deserves a raise, her knowledge of her job was top notch, she represents her job with class and sincerity!!!!

It was neither good or bad

No breakfast variety, all they had was waffles and cereal
